Smaller room but did not bother me. Nice bathroom,elite service,very nice breakfast and good location.

Breakfast had many options to choose from. Our room was very comfortable! The location is idea - almost everything you can imagine is walkable, even the train station! The patio bar on the top floor, was a plus! If we come back, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay! Excellent location right at Ponte Vecchio, beautiful breakfast room, very helpful front desk staff, good security presence in lobby, relatively large room. High volume tourist area. Wonderful, I will definitely stay here again!

3回目の宿泊ですが、立地がよくていつも選びます。 施設面でやはり老朽化を感じざるを得ませんでした。お風呂のバスタブの栓がうまく閉まらず、困りました。 またスリッパや、コーヒーカップ、ケトルなども要望して初めて持って来てもらえました。 以前は、スリッパも揃っていました。 フロントへの直接の電話も、番号が明示されていなかったので、直接出向くしかなかったです。 アプリで色々と説明を網羅していると思われているようですは、十分ではないです。 お部屋、静かではありますが眺望が良くないので 次回はバルコニーから川が見える側をリクエストしようと思います。 古き良きヨーロッパのホテルと認識して泊まれば、問題はないです。

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the best of Florence…just steps from the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodated my request for an early morning airport transfer by taxi and even had a boxed breakfast to go upon checkout at 4:30 am. Rooftop bar views were magical!

Amazing hotel, great location

The hotel was kind enough to store our bags but one was damaged so badly that we had to buy another. We should have taken a photo of each of our bags prior to storing. When we showed the hotel manager he claimed we arrived with bags already damaged and refused to compensate us. It was an unfortunate ending to our stay

This hotel is in a great location for easy access to the Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens, Uffizi Galleries, Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and much more. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they were also helpful when I unexpectedly needed a sewing kit. The hotel is beautiful and their morning breakfast was delicious and set in a gorgeous room with a lovely mural across the ceiling. The rooftop bar was a relaxing spot to enjoy a meal with a view. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Florence.

Traditional hotel in a superb location and exceptional service. The common spaces and terrace are a plus plus!!!

The location is great. I was able to walk to every tourist attraction, even Pizzale Michaelango was walkable. The hotel provided both modern convenience and sense of renaissance history. I had a room facing the river, the music at night was nice. The loud level is bearable to me and I loved to see and feel the party energy from a distance. The staff are efficient and friendly. They were able to accommodate my requests before my visit. They arranged for me a little surprise for my daughter’s birthday and started our weekend perfectly. Def will stay again if visiting Firenze in the future.

Very good location and very good service. The terrace is very nice too. We've only spent two nights in Florence, before heading out to attend a destination wedding outside of Florence, so we're probably going to go back to this hotel next time we visit Florence.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel in Florence – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the major sights, shops, and restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring Florence. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The real highlight was the stunning rooftop – with jaw-dropping views of the city and the Duomo, it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The cocktails were delicious, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. A huge shoutout to Sonia and Mirko, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond, helping us book a winery tour in Tuscany – they took care of everything, and it turned out to be one of the best days of our trip! Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a wide variety of fresh, tasty options to choose from – something for everyone. Florence is one of our absolute favorite places in Italy, and this hotel made our trip even more special. We’re already dreaming about coming back – and when we do, we’ll definitely stay here again!
