This is a great newly redecorated hotel. Excellent facilities. Great pool and restaurant.

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpfull staff. Corridors and elevator might need some renovation. I think the bathroom allready had a renovation. The rooms are quite big. Heating system is programmed by reception. 23-24 degrees is too hot. Reception was friendly to switch of the heating but after 4 days it was still 21 degrees. We had to sleep with open windows. Will book again. Restaurant is chique and quality is better then avarage in the area. It was a pity we were only guests that evening. Breakfast: 10 points!!

The hotel public areas were very good, but the room was very disappointing. It was dated and dark with a roof window giving little light.
On a positive note, the reception staff were very pleasant and the Pool was very nice, but we were unaware that we needed to wear a cap to use it.

Yes there is a 24 hours check in which is good point. But, the hotel is mainly serves like a place which is not more than a convenient pool. When we drove from Milan to this hotel at night time, and we’re really tired, I expected to find freshness and Italian landscape effected accommodation. But I found the old hotel which is very tired and the staff have also unenthusiastic. I think, if the inspection will be done these days, the hotel will loose some of stars. It doesn’t deserve 4 stars.

Charming hotel located close to downtown. The park nearby is the right place for relaxation. The hotel combines the traditional style with the new one. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good and tasty; excellent Italian coffee!

Tudo foi muito bom; com secessão do meu apto 101 , onde o ar condicionado não funcionou.Falei com o Sr Vincenzo que se prontificou a resolver, mas; não consertou, infelizmente. Outra coisa; um calor de mais de 30 ° graus durante o dia e uns 26 ° graus a noite, e não pudemos usar a piscina, pois; alegaram estar fechada.

Tutto bene ma quando sono andato a fare colazione ho gentilmente chiesto della macedonia visto che la ciotola nel buffet era finita e il cameriere mi ha risposto che non era possibile. Considerato che erano le 9.00 del mattino penso che fare un po' di macedonia non fosse una cosa impossibile. Per il resto ho gradito tutto.

la posizione dell'hotel è un pochino decentrata ovvero, considerando il periodo del mio soggiorno, direi alquanto desolante. niente da dichiarare per quanto riguarda "pulizia, servizio, e ospitalità, tutto regolarmente nella norma e personale gentile e cordiale. buono, il valore qualità/prezzo. Considerando che, il mio soggiorno è stato organizzato per una gara ciclistica, molto apprezzato i fatto che, la stanza mi è stata lasciata fino al pomeriggio inoltrato, senza supplemento. grazie.

Rummet var ouppvärmt vid ankomst tisdag kväll, ca 14-15 grader.
Första natten var otrevligt kall, trots extra filtar, kanske 17 grader i sovrummet på morgonen.
Efter klagomål så höjdes temperaturen som sista natten blev för hög istället, då 26 grader varmt i sovrummet på natten.

Hotel personale var meget venligt og hjalp gerne med vores spørgsmål. Nogle af dem snakkede ikke engelsk og det var lidt træls.
Nerviano er en lille by med masser forskellige restauranter og barer. Det tager omkring 50 minutter med bus og metro til Milano Duomo.

The hotel is a short journey out from Milan with a hige pool and fairly nice gardens with some limited children's play things in. Surrounding town is OK but not exciting. Staff were very freindly and the restaurant was good if a little pricey.
