Arrived late but staff were very attentive with 24hour check in. Area felt safe, room was comfortable, clean, ensuite and great value for money. bed was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was buffet and good selection. however some guests very selfish and filling up their own bags with a lot breakfast items, making sandwiches and putting in their bags which meant there was no toast left for everyone - not hotel fault but why do people keep doing this!!!!! overall lovely stay in bolonga central.

Great location, very walkable to most of the large sites. Minutes from the train and bus station. The room was spacious and clean (housekeeping was amazing). Very comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Front desk staff very courteous, accommodating and helpful. My only cob was the water pressure in the shower was just over a trickle. Totally frustrating ! I hope they read this review and correct the his issue. I’d like to return next year.

Listing says aircon, but regardless of weather, this hotel turns off the aircon unit in the room one a specific date and that is it! Was told...it is Autumn, just open window and only Americans complain. No fan no way to move to a quieter room where the motorcycles aren't stopping under the window and then loudly taking off. The solo room was a shoebox, no problem except it was hot! The small fridge giving off enough heat to make the wall around it warm and you can feel the hot air coming up onto the desk! If they know some guests have a problem with this...why not a few $20 fans...to save a Luke warm or bad review. I was standing at reception with sweat running down. The so have triple windows so most noise was gone when shut but it was hot. Won't be booking here when I am back in November... can't imagine the heat in that room with radiators going.

We stayed here prior to and after returning from our cruise in Ravenna. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and calling a taxi to the airport for us. The breakfast had many options, and the AIR CONDITIONING was amazing.

Overall it was a good hotel. The staff were phenomenal! The only item that was a disappointment, was the fact upon our departure early, 0645, in the morning, prior to our train, the breakfast area was set-up, when we tried to grab a coffee/juice we were notified that it was closed and not available; although it was all out and ready. We were informed it would not be available to us until 0730. My point being, if it is there, we are paid customers, we should be able to grab a coffee and juice at minimum. Again, paid customers.

Extremely expensive (due to fair) and rooms were small and old. Very noisy from the staircase and people flushing the toilets. Breakfast very poor.
