The property is great and close to the sea. The staff went above and beyond helping us after a train strike. Breakfast is very nice.

Perfectly located, the staff is really friendly and welcoming, beds were comfortable.

I never do reviews but this hotel goes above and beyond for all the little things that matter when you are traveling, they gift you all these little extra things that you have either run out of or need and the location well could it be any better? No! Down the steps from the station and down a couple more to the sea. Heaven!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Perfectly located if you are driving to Camogli because you can park very close to the hotel. We were stunned by Camogli, what a postcard perfect place!

We enjoyed beautiful walks down the promenade by the sea, past several excellent restaurants overlooking the sea. We walked to a very old church, but it was not open when we were there. We watched dramatic sunsets.

What a splendid place to stay to enjoy Camogli? An easy walk from/to the train station (use the public elevator). Close proximity to the beach, and an easy walk to superb dining. Oh, and a ‘pop-up’ major street bazaar was one street over! And this says nothing of the facility, clean, well maintained, secure. Only exceeded by the staff who were helpful, spoke English and had a good time doing what they needed to do ensure our stay was perfect. They exceeded our expectations.

This property overlooks the sea but is quiet inside. On the front you are next to the square housing the famous frying pan . The staff here are exceptional.

I don't normally comment on the staff, but the staff at Hotel Trevi Palace were so exceptional that it really made an impression on us. They made us feel like a valued guest with every single interaction. That combined with the great location, within walking distance of every major attraction and many wonderful dining options, made this the perfect hotel for us.

Beautiful location

When leaving the train station, you can turn right and within 25 feet there are some major steps that go down to the hotel. If you turn left, on the end of the building across the street, there is an elevator that will take you down to the road to get to the hotel, which is pretty close. Very convenient with lots of luggage. Having a bad knee, this was a lifesaver. I had requested a room closer to the main floor since there is no elevator in the hotel. We were given a great room that actually had a balcony. Amazing view of the beach area. Room was good, bathroom shower was pretty small. Wifi was spotty, but that was ok. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions, train schedules. Very relaxing walking around. Everyone very friendly. Beach was very pebbly, amazing how everyone walks on them like its sand. Would definitely return!
