Staff very nice helpfull , breakfast was jut as we like it variation and pleanty. A special thanks to Cimonetta at the breakfast made it even more nice to eat breakfast. Nect time we go to Florence we we stay here , buy take a larger room. Double standard is not the standard we are use to, but it as ok, and very clean, thank you to the staff of cleaning.

We tremendously enjoyed staying at the hotel Martelli for three nights. Our room was clean and well laid out for 2 people. The beds and pillows were comfortable (after we added the 2nd pillow). The bathroom was spacious and accommodating. The staff was exceptionally attentive and responded to all of our needs. The front desk staff gave great tips on making use of our very short time, arranged taxis quickly for tourism, and, to the airport. In addition, they were kind and humorous. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who would like to stay in Florence for great location, great accommodations, great service and a moderate budget!

Great location just above the Spanish steps room was clean and comfy and the free breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff they held our luggage too when we left Rome for a few days. Street noice at night was a little distracting but to be expected in a city

Overall pleasant. Bed was comfortable, generous storage space in the room. Enjoyed the extended breakfast hours. We recommend placing seating in the front lobby. Also the showers need a horizontal surface off the ground to place shampoo, shaver, etc.

Fantastic location and just minutes from the train station. The common areas of the hotel live up to what you see on the WEB, but it ends there. The actual room is shabby at best and in need of refurbishing. Will do for the normal short 1-3 day visit to Florence that most tourists do. But we were there for two full weeks. only six very small drawers, only the desk chair to sit in, 3 foot + leg lift to get in the tub and only the pipe holding the shower to hold on to. 24 hr front desk with friendly helpful service, but nothing else. Lots of places to eat within a block. At over $360 a night it seemed expensive for what you got.

Very close to train station and Duomo. Plenty of eateries nearby. Excellent breakfast. Only negative thing was that the breakfast starts at 7:30 am, inconvenient for day trips, most of them start at 7:30 am.

Very Wonderful staff. I can only speak of the room I stayed in, which was probably once an attic space. The bathroom was clean and modern, but the room itself could use a little work. But overall, I enjoyed it. The hotel is an old Italian style building. The breakfast included was nice and basic. The location cannot be beat. I would suggest when booking a room here to make sure you have a double bed or larger.

My mom & I loved our stay here. Mom has mobility issues so the elevator came in handy. It was also a close enough walk to the duomo for an easy walk for us both. The hotel itself was lovely and this was the first hotel we stayed in our Europe trip where the breakfast was included. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal auch sehr nett. Aber mein Zimmer war doch etwas sehr beengt. Und das Fenster zur Hauptstraße hin. Ich musste ja das Fenster in der Nacht auf lassen, kann nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen. Bis ein Uhr nachts volle Lautstärke auf der Straße. Man meint, vor allem die Motorradfahrer fahren direkt am Bett vorbei. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber wirklich optimal, weil man gleich am Bahnhof ist.

Hôtel très bien situé proche des sites à visiter. Petit déjeuner bien mais si on reste plusieurs jours manque de variétés. Si vous le choisissez pour le parking il n’y en a pas, ils ne font que vous donner le noms de certains et c’est à vous de vous débrouiller pour réserver. Malgré cela je le recommande bon rapport qualité prix

J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Martelli lors d’un déplacement professionnel à Florence avant de retourner à Paris. L’emplacement est très pratique, proche de la gare et du centre historique, ce qui facilite aussi bien les déplacements que les visites. L’hôtel a un charme classique, typiquement florentin. La chambre était correcte, propre et suffisamment confortable pour un court séjour. Le personnel s’est montré disponible et professionnel, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable malgré un emploi du temps chargé. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais convenable. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel bien situé pour un voyage de travail ou un court séjour touristique à Florence.

The actual room is shabby at best and in need of refurbishing. Will do for the normal short 1-3 day visit to Florence that most tourists do. But we were there for two full weeks. only six very small drawers, only the desk chair to sit in, 3 foot + leg lift to get in the tub and only the pipe holding the shower to hold on to. 24 hr front desk with friendly helpful service, but nothing else. Lots of places to eat within a block. At over $360 a night it seemed expensive for what you got.

Very close to train station and Duomo. Plenty of eateries nearby. Excellent breakfast. Only negative thing was that the breakfast starts at 7:30 am, inconvenient for day trips, most of them start at 7:30 am.

Det var midt i Fitenze, så der var mange butikker i nærheden. Personalet er meget venligt morgenmaden var fin, det er derfor jeg bor på samme hotel hver gang jeg er i Firenze.

Very Wonderful staff. I can only speak of the room I stayed in, which was probably once an attic space. The bathroom was clean and modern, but the room itself could use a little work. But overall, I enjoyed it. The hotel is an old Italian style building. The breakfast included was nice and basic. The location cannot be beat. I would suggest when booking a room here to make sure you have a double bed or larger.

My mom & I loved our stay here. Mom has mobility issues so the elevator came in handy. It was also a close enough walk to the duomo for an easy walk for us both. The hotel itself was lovely and this was the first hotel we stayed in our Europe trip where the breakfast was included. The staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal auch sehr nett. Aber mein Zimmer war doch etwas sehr beengt. Und das Fenster zur Hauptstraße hin. Ich musste ja das Fenster in der Nacht auf lassen, kann nicht mit Klimaanlage schlafen. Bis ein Uhr nachts volle Lautstärke auf der Straße. Man meint, vor allem die Motorradfahrer fahren direkt am Bett vorbei. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber wirklich optimal, weil man gleich am Bahnhof ist.

Hôtel très bien situé proche des sites à visiter. Petit déjeuner bien mais si on reste plusieurs jours manque de variétés. Si vous le choisissez pour le parking il n’y en a pas, ils ne font que vous donner le noms de certains et c’est à vous de vous débrouiller pour réserver. Malgré cela je le recommande bon rapport qualité prix

J’ai séjourné à l’Hôtel Martelli lors d’un déplacement professionnel à Florence avant de retourner à Paris. L’emplacement est très pratique, proche de la gare et du centre historique, ce qui facilite aussi bien les déplacements que les visites. L’hôtel a un charme classique, typiquement florentin. La chambre était correcte, propre et suffisamment confortable pour un court séjour. Le personnel s’est montré disponible et professionnel, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable malgré un emploi du temps chargé. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais convenable. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel bien situé pour un voyage de travail ou un court séjour touristique à Florence.
