Everyone was kind and helpful. They were very accommodating sine I arrived early an allowed me to get into my room. When I got there breakfast had ended and I was allowed to partake for a discounted even though it was not part of my stay. Jet lag made me late the second day and again they let me eat.

Nice room, clean. I didn’t like the location. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Frühstück war gut , für alle was dabei Nur etwas Gemüse Gurken und Tomaten wären top gewesen. Die befahrbare Straße hört man halt wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist! Aber wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs was sehr zentral gelegen ist ! Sauberkeit war top ! Gerne wieder!

The hotel is fine - although not a four star. The location is very noisy if you are at the front of the hotel due to the busy road and facilities are basic (no food aside from breakfast). If you are a light sleeper you will struggle to sleep. I did not sleep at all the night I stayed here.

I loved this hotel, very spacious and clean and great location near the port but not too far from the central hustle and bustle of the city. The reception team was also very kind and allowed me to keep my luggage there to continue my trip to Filicudi and collect on my return. Very much appreciated 😊

Nous aurions aimé un petit-déjeuner un peu plus fourni et varié, mais il était bon. Très bon sejour et un personnel de qualité. Merci à Monsieur Francesco pour son accueil et son hospitalité.

Easy to get to the areas we wanted to visit. Lovely breakfast. Room at the back was clean and quiet.

Lovely hotel. Spacious room. Nice views. Great location. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great. We would come back in a minute.

We stayed 4 nights with my wif and 1 kid, clean room and medium breakfast, needed to ask for egg and bread once they get finished and no one brought more until you asked for. Young Lady in breakfast area was not so gentle with guest and talked kind of rude when you ask something. Terrible internet, We haven't had any wifi during all 4 nights and after following up with front desk they didn't care. I needed internet so bought data on the cell phone. Our room had two ACs but one of them was out of service, when informed receptionist they promised to fix but have not ever happened.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. The staff is amazing with service and friendliness. We would highly recommend this hotel while visiting Palmero.

Lovely place to stay when going on a cruise 5 minute walk to the port but the area was lovely

Very friendly and professional staff.

Super friendly staff. The staff rom was spotless and the property itself was perfect. Breakfast was also nice; delicious pastries. Location is great for nice restaurants 5-10 mins walk away.

L’hôtel est propre et les chambres sont bien mais il est situé sur une voie rapide et il n’y a presqu’aucune isolation des fenêtres et des chambres en général. Nous avons du supporter le bruit des voitures et des passants toute la nuit

Hjälpsam personal. Silverfiskar på rummet, frukosten var sisådär. Blev jätteblött på golvet i toaletten efter man duschade. Hög volym från gatan, mycket traffik.

Room was noisy at the front overlooking a main highway. Hotel bar was closed on a Saturday evening due to a member of staff not showing up. But it is a convenient location for the port and also local sights. V good breakfast.

The hotel has good (geographical) location, very near the old town and just around the docks. But there is an inconvenient that follows the great location. If your room is facing the city it becomes very noisy at night and it might/will affect your sleep because the hotel is located just beside a noisy motorway and it is not possible to isolate the sound. Two miscomunication details struck me negatively. The parking place. I was not informed in advance that I had to reserve the parking slot, so I assumed I would have a lot to park in. But no. I just could use (pay) the hotel's parking space during two nights since another guest had already reserved it. The room key cards. I lost one of the three cards we got. My bad. But it didn’t seem a big issue, (as a frequent traveler I have lost a room key before). I was charged 15 Euro for that card. I mean, it is totally ok to pay for it, but it would be a good idea to be advised of the price/fine for loosing a key card in advance.
