I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet. The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view.

We had a great time at Recort! Such a great location and a calm/relaxing vibe overall. Loved our room as well...super spacious and comfortable. Miss it already!

The Recort exceeded all expectations! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a glass of sparkling wine to sip while we tooke in the glorious views from the front terrace. Check in was seamless, our room was beautiful - private porch overlooking the Dolomites. We had dinner at the hotel both nights and each night was delicious! We got a couple of hiking suggestions from the concierge. They were spot on with difficulty (not too) and views all around. The spa was lovely. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Superfräscht nytt hotell med fin design där allt känns genomtänkt in i minsta detalj. Fint stort rum, vacker utsikt, fantastisk spa och mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.

There are not enough stars to be able to sufficiently rate this spectacular hotel. It’s honestly a little piece of heaven. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff at the resort are completely devoted to your every need. They truly go above and beyond. In fact other hotels should send their staff members to the recort to get trained on what good hospitality really looks like. You feel like a member of the family at the recort but in a luxurious setting. The room was spacious and well planned out. The food was an absolutely phenomenal. The wine list was extensive. The breakfasts were out of this world. The spa area was so very relaxing. My words don’t do this hotel justice. You just have to make the trek there to believe me. It is well worth the journey.

Hotel nuovo, molto bello e curato nel design, bellissimo il centro benessere e molto comode le stanze con doppio lavabo nel bagno, ciabattine luxury, macchina del caffe' a cialde e bottiglia di sidro di benvenuto. Molto comodo il garage sotterraneo gratuito e molto bella la bike room. L'unica nota stonata e' sulla ristorazione, il ristorante serve piatti non della tradizione, quantita' limitate, non c'e' il buffet di antipasti, carta dei vini con prezzi elevati. A colazione alle 8 c'e' un solo cameriere quindi i tempi di attesa sono molto lunghi se c'e' tanta gente. Consiglio di integrare il menu' con piatti tradizionali e migliorare il servizio a colazione.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. 5 star service, 5 star dinner, 5 star spa facilities. Faultless!

This is a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the dolomites. The spa facilities are exceptional. Slightly let down by some of the strictness around dining times. The kitchen is only open for orders between 7-8pm. When out friends arrived slightly after this, whilst being accommodated it did feel like we were putting them out despite it only being 10 minutes after. A shame as everything else was lovely.

Wonderful new hotel with delicious breakfast and dinner steps from the lift

This was one of the most incredible hotels my husband & I have ever stayed at. The building is stunning, with every decorative detail and amenity thoughtfully placed. The spa is a relaxing space with a sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, showers, lounge chairs—everything you need to unwind after skiing. The ski lockers are secure and convenient (accessed with your room key). The hotel is just across the street from a ski lift that takes you to amazing slopes and the Sellaronda circuit. Parking is free in an impressive underground garage—clean, secure, and easy to navigate. The food was delicious, with perfectly portioned meals every time. Breakfast includes crepes, pancakes, eggs any style, and a buffet of meats, cheeses, fruits, and fresh juices. Dinner was fantastic each night, with a rotating menu, so we never had the same meal during our 7-night stay. They’re very accommodating to allergies and preferences, with plenty of options. The intimate dining room is where we were seated at the same spot each day, allowing us to get to know our neighbors and chat about our day. The staff was friendly, offering great service and excellent restaurant and excursion suggestions. The kitchen even baked my husband a special birthday cake, & the staff made sure to wish him a happy birthday. This thoughtful touch made our stay even more memorable. Overall, this hotel offered a personal & unforgettable experience, thanks to its beautiful amenities, amazing food, and exceptional staff.

Hotel Recort exceeded our expectations in every single area from the gorgeous rooms, the breathtaking scenery, the great food, the wonderful spa, and convenient location. It was perfect!
