View from the room was spectacular, room was clean, staff were friendly and spoke English well.

Lovely hotel we enjoyed the sauna and spa each evening. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First room given was nothing like the photos and was old and dirty. Second room was cleaner and better however I could hear the people next door and the walls were thin and not sound proof. Would not stay here again or recommend l

Lorenzo and Laura were helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The restaurant offered amazing dining options with a beautiful view of the Aragonese Castle. The breakfast menu offered a wonderful variety of food and drink. Sara and her staff were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. The 4 Canadian girls.

Small hotel, less than 50 rooms with great staff. Amazing stay. Great breakfast. Great spa. Highly recommended for those in Ischia for pleasure or business!

The hotel has several 5 star rating points to it. The staff cannot be more helpful and the rooms are comfortable, well sized. The hotel itself is small enough that the staff get to know you and are as helpful as can be. The negatives- the rooms are not sound proof - so ear plugs are needed and for some reason they charge 2EUR to rent pool towels. I've never been to a hotel where you pay for pool towels. They also don't tell you this when you check in so when you get to the pool, only then are you told, and you have to walk back up to reception. Breakfast as basic but nice, service at breakfast always with a smile. Cocktails round the pool were excellent, very reasonably priced and served quickly. The bar upstairs was also great, we didn't try the restaurant as wanted to venture into town at night which is beautiful.

This hotel is where you need to stay in Ischia. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff was incredible. Our room was great and we will be staying here when we come back.

So the property and staff were SUPER nice, it’s a beautiful hotel with beautiful rooms and great staff. They also offer a free 45 min private access to their spa. But there was one huge issue… I got insane amount of bed bug bites. When I complained, they looked but couldn’t see anything. I came back home and the doctor confirmed it is beg bugs… do what you want with this information. It sucked

Very nice stay

rooms walls are paper thin. The balconies have a view but no privacy the curtains had to be kept shut all the time. we could hear the guy next door clearing his throat and cough every morning 6 am. and he snored at night. then a couple with kids and baby moved in and we could hear their conversation and their baby crying all night long. people from the top floor restaurant had direct view into our room. and balcony. overall a terrible place and not relaxing or romantic at all.

Amazing 3 night stay, room with sea and castle view. Great location in charming Ischia Ponte. Excellent massages, nice spa reservable privately for 45 minutes each day, great breakfast with wonderful server Sara. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Grazie mille!

Fantastisk personal på hotellet i Ischia Ponte. Frukosten var jättegod med många alternativ att välja mellan på en meny. En del saker kostade extra, men det var det värt. Tre saker däremot som drog ner betyget: skyddet under lakanet som ska skydda madrassen. Vart det den plast? Rummet var ganska litet (superior med balkong) och det saknades förvaring i både badrummet och rummet. Det var oerhört lyhört mellan vårt rum och grannen på ena saken. (Grannen på andra sidan hörde vi inte alls). Det lät som om ljudet transporterade sig via ventilationstrumman och inte genom själva väggen.

Room was good, clean and comfy. Cleaning staff were lovely. Breakfast terrible, coffee cold and weak and the all food served on sectioned airline style plates after ordering once from a menu. Tbe bits we could choose - cereal and jam seemed to have a lot of small ants crawling around. Bar or drinks not available during the day unless the pool bar happened to be open which didn’t seem to be a regular event. Spa was tired dirty and not functioning well. The lift seemed to have frequent memory loss - it seemed to forget that we’d pressed a button. Finally, on arrival we were greeted by a receptionist who talked at us with so much information that we couldn’t take it all in! Disappointing overall.

Et fint, klassisk italiensk 4-stjerners hotell med flott beliggenhet rett ovenfor stranden - på innsiden av den lille øyene med Castello Aragonese på. Jeg synes denne delen av strandområdet var finere enn nærmere havnen. Det tar ca et kvarter å gå inn til byen langs den koselige handlegaten Corso Vittoria Collona. I tillegg er det kort vei bort til gamle sentrum som ligger mot Castello Aragonese, hvor det også var noen fine restauranter Og noen barer. Vi bodde på superior room som var flott. Deilig seng (som ikke er noe selvfølge i Italia) og flott nytt bad. Stor veranda med solseng og en liten sofa. Rommet lå i øverste etasje (3. etasje). Det hadde ikke havutsikt. Det så ut til at det var standard rom i 3. etasje med havutsikt som var fine, men mindre enn vårt. Anbefaler å inkludere frokost i hotelloppholdet, for den var fantastisk. Man kan bestille ala carte frokost. Flott service av personalet. Takterrrassen er også veldig fin med utsikt over havet og øya med slottet på. Restauranten på toppen er angivelig veldig god, vi fikk ikke prøvd den, men så fin ut - dog i øvre prissjikt. Bassengområdet er ok. Ikke noe utsikt, men hyggelig med fine vekster rundt og en liten bar/kafé der man kan kjøpe drikke og mat. Det er dagligvarebutikker ikke så langt unna og en liten minibar (kjøleskap) på rommet. Et mindre spa i kjelleren, man kunne booke tid (45 min) og få det for seg selv. Dette bestod av kneipske bad, tyrkisk dampbadstue og et lite basseng, ok, men ikke aller renest

Tout le personnel était courtois et attentionné. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable.

The hotel staff was extraordinary. From the restaurant staff to the breakfast crew, they met our every need with a smile. The front desk helped us with tours, directions, reservations, ferry times and everything in between. We felt very valued and cared for. The room was a bit small, but had an amazing view of the castle and a small balcony. Otherwise, the room was very well equipped with all we needed and nicely updated. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. Vincento and Sarah thanks for everything, we will really miss you guys. Lorenzo on the reception, very helpful, friendly and always smiling. The pool are was beautiful and well kept. We also loved the location, tucked away in a quiet little street next to a beautiful park that you can walk around. Thank you everyone, our stay in Ischia was beautiful and you all contributed to that. I will definitely return.
