My stay was wonderful, and the customer service was excellent. Housekeeping was consistently attentive, and the gentleman at the door was also exceptional. Although some of the materials in the room were stained, it was evident that they were regularly washed and replaced with fresh linens and towels to maintain guest comfort. The curtains in my room also had stains, though I am not sure of the source. During breakfast, some of the utensils were not thoroughly dried, and at times there was visible water or small food specks on certain items, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the breakfast menu remained the same every day. The staff member working in the breakfast area could also be a bit warmer, as a simple smile goes a long way—especially in the morning. Despite these concerns, I would definitely return because of the outstanding customer service. I felt safe, calm, and well cared for throughout my stay. The staff truly seemed to be making a genuine effort. With stronger management oversight—particularly in reviewing room materials, ensuring proper cleaning procedures, and monitoring breakfast service—this property could easily become a five-star destination. The on-site restaurant and its staff were fantastic, and the food was excellent. I enjoyed a meal there almost every night for six days. Overall, aside from a few areas needing improvement, my experience was nearly perfect. I loved my stay.

We only stayed 1 night and for that one night it served our purpose. Therefore, we can’t comment on all their amenities. Room was clean, front desk were friendly and quick to reserve a taxi for our departure for the very next day. They even left us a breakfast package as we checked out cuz we were checking out too early to take advantage of their included breakfast. And if someone is just spending 1 night (like us) there are enough dining options for dinner. In fact, the hotel offers a very cozy aperativo lounge and literally attached to the hotel is Bistro Giano-fantastic!!! Especially if you love seafood.

Clean and modern hotel, had a cute patio out in front. Location is not that close to the city but the tram stop was right in front and it was about a 25 min ride for only a couple of euro. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

From the moment we booked our stay at Villa Zaccardi, they have welcomed us with open arms and every accommodation imaginable! The staff is INCREDIBLY kind, positive and helpful, we couldn’t have picked a better hotel and cannot recommend them enough!! Grazie mille a tutti!!

Would definitely stay here again. The staff was very helpful and friendly; the breakfast had variety and was well stocked. The area around the hotel had non-touristy dining options. There was parking down the street from the hotel for a fee, but worth it, and they allowed us to leave our bags so we could go explore the city. We were also able to get laundry done since we were backpacking.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars on everything, except the room was very warm and stuffy and the air conditioning had been turned off for the season, even though it was quite warm outside. We were told to turn off the heat and open the window. This wasn’t possible due to a lot of noise from outside. Otherwise, would recommend.

Das Hotel ist toll mit wirklich sehr freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal und gutem Frühstück. Es ist sehr ruhig und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür fahren mehrere Busse und eine Straßenbahn.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt hos Villa Zaccardi. Ligger i nærheten til trikk og buss og personalet er utrolig behjelpelige og gjestfrie. 10/10

Villa Zaccardi has a friendly and helpful staff. They are knowledgeable of their services and has an answer to every questions asked. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and generous. They make fresh coffee everytime we dine. There was one particular morning that they provided us "to go" breakfast bags when they learned that we had to leave early for our tour. That service was exceptional. Thank you Villa Zaccardi for your kindness and good service.

Was a nice hotel but very outdated and you can’t control the AC we had to request a fan to be comfortable

Overall just OK the rooms are white blobs of space with almost office style lighting The walls are thin can hear everything The staff with one exception,Diana, Were dismissive towards Americans little smirks I wanted to smack off their faces So no wouldn’t stay again
