Ocean view amazing. 30 minute walk to pier. Lovely walk thru the narrow side streets. Lots of amazing restaurants. €5 per person for the fun small taxi to get to pier.

I really enjoyed the hotel and wish I stayed longer. The hotel staff - apparently a family - has done a great job overall with the property. The fact the hotel had its own private beach was a big plus... with a great view of a small island. Breakfast was also good... I would come back and will recommend this hotel to others.

Stromboli is a lovely village, full of charm and nice people. The volcano is well worth a visit as is the nice beaches and scenery

Our room - a double seaview - was musty and smelled like it hadn't been aired out in years. We were particularly aware of the unpleasant odour in the small, dated bathroom. While there was a view, the window was small and you had to stand directly in front of it to look out. The photos on the website also show a lovely pool. The pool we saw was covered in a filthy tarp and clearly hadn't been used in some time. Additionally, staff were singularly unhelpful and the desk was left unattended after 10 p.m. Lastly - and this is a minor point but so revealing of the ethos of this place - we were guided to our room at night and told we couldn't drink the water. No bottled water was provided and the restaurant (under separate management) was closed for the evening. We were instructed to purchase our own water the following day. When spending $185 Canadian a night, I think it's reasonable to expect a $1 bottle of water can be provided by the hotel. This hotel has clearly seen better days and I would not recommend it.

Family operated hotel, gorgeous buildings, right on the beach. The family was very courteous and professional and followed through on assisting with changing bus and ferry reservations as we decided immediately to stay an extra night. Breakfast was first class as well.

Die Insel ist eigenartig. Das Hotel hat eigenes Restaurant und das Essen und Cocktails sind gut.

This is a great resort with all the amenities, like private beaches, and it is affordable.

I love Villaggio Stromboli, I will aways come back. The staff was very helpful too!!!

It was a beautiful property with amazing breakfast, great views of the ocean, a private beach that was just downstairs from our room! On the quieter side of the island and a 10 minute walk from the "core" town area. Would definitely stay here again, it was the highlight of our trip to Sicily!

Hotel che è molto simile agli hotel diffusi,tanti piccoli mini appartamenti con piccolo balconcino condiviso. Abbastanza silenzioso e riservato Vista mozzafiato Dotato di piscina interna e piccola spiaggia accessibile, ristorante e grande sala con tavoli anche all’aperto. Ringrazio i membri dello staff per avermi permesso una doccia anche se avevo già lasciato la stanza

A lovely warm welcome upon check-in, a short tour and taken to our room. Very clean, not smelly. Shower was tight, but plentiful hot water and good pressure for an island. Towels and bedding all clean. AC worked wonderfully when needed. Breakfast is very carb intensive, and tasty. Staff were very helpful booking the shuttle to the ferry and watching bags. Breakfast coffee was freshly made to order.

Came here for literally the night to do the night hike up Stromboli, the rooms are basic but extremely clean and the hotel has a small village feel to it with its own private beach. Sunrises in the morning was the most beautiful moment, reception closes at 8pm so make sure you plan your arrival well.
