After staying a few nights in another place, I realized how amenity-packed the iQ Hotel was. We hadn't paid for the breakfast buffet in advance, however the $12 price was a great deal and the food selection was fantastic.

Comfortable, modern and brand new facility. Excellent breakfast room and rooftop dining with exceptional menu. All dishes were creatively presented and very tasty.

We had a 6 night stay in this comfortable, clean, modern and spacious hotel.
We loved the area, which is right across from the Opera House of Rome. There are lots of shops, great (and affordable!) restaurants and we walked everywhere in Rome without using any other transport (other than the Stadio Olympio). It is about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station, so we were there little more than half an hour from leaving the airport.
The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was absolutely superb.
I would definitely come back stay here if I was lucky enough to be in Rome again!

AMAZING SERVICE. WORKERS ARE FRIENDLY AND CARING.
THEY OFERRED US FREE STUFF FROM THE MINI BAR EVERY DAY DURING OUR STAY, BEER, SODA, MINERAL WATER.

4-night stay in Rome. The hotel is located in a lovely area. Far from the crowds, yet full of character - and gives a sense of a more genuine Rome. Room was nice, clean and the shower excellent. The breakfast worth every euro - fresh veg and fruits and many other options.
The only problem, and not a small one, is that every night the garbage trucks arrives at the street below at around 2-3 AM and the noise was simply unbelievable. 10 minutes of rumbling noise. Very frustrating and kind of ruined our experience. If you have trouble go back to sleep after such a disturbance - STAY AWAY from this hotel. Otherwise - worth every penny.

Everything about this hotel was great, except for the temp control. We visited Rome in February and could not cool the room down well, we had to open the windows, which was then louder at night. While the room controls were supposed to support air conditioning, we couldn't get the system to move to cool.
Great breakfast buffet in the morning, and located a few blocks from Termini, making it easy to get in/out of Rome.

We stayed here for my 40th birthday trip. The service was exemplary the entire trip. They even let us check-in a couple of hours early without additional charge. There are free drinks and snacks that are replenished. The restaurant food was delicious and the location is ideal being so close to the train station.

The position of the hotel was perfect for sight seeing.
The room was very well appointed and clean. The bedding was of high quality. Loved the complimentary fridge, water and soft drinks replenished daily. Shampoo’s, conditioners etc also replenished daily.
Our room was very quiet as we requested.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
