Beautiful property and gorgeous view. Clean rooms and great service.

Hi ,I’m not one to write reviews but here we go .We originally booked our trip 9 months prior via expedia .About a month before we arrived we lost our babysitter and had to bring our 8 year old son .We tried to update another person on the app but we would have had to cancel and rebook at a much higher rate .We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights .THey charged us 1000 euro extra for our son which was the same rate we paid for 2 adults for 2 nights .He didn’t even have his own bed .They put a blanket on the couch for him .All other hotels charged us 70 euro per night for the extra person .The people at the front desk were rude and not helpful .Reef club was beautiful and so was the staff .One sink in the room did not work and wasn’t up to our expectations given the price .Also .the only hotel without an iron and charged us 50 euro to iron 2 shirts and a pair of pants .We are not cheap people but we feel completely ripped off.Also they charged our card before we even checked it without my approval .We would have had to wait for hours for there shuttle into town and we had to pay 30 euro for taxi every time going into town or to the beach .I feel we ripped off for the extra child .Do not stay here please .You will see what i mean about the front desk staff .It was an uncomfortable stay and the AC was terrible.

A very beautiful, peaceful and welcoming oasis that is perfect if you want to rest, relax, be surrounded by picturesque views and be looked after by friendly, professional & attentive staff ... it was exactly what we needed and would highly recommend. Close enough with a gentle walk into the old town but you could also stay very comfortably put in the lovely and wonderfully designed hotel and it's out door areas - the pool area was spotless, never busy and the food at the al fresco bar tables for lunch was delicious & very reasonably priced. The terraced double beach beds, again never busy, nothing was too much trouble and the restaurant for lunch there (although pricier) was utterly delicious too! The piano bar at night had the most amazing pianist who delighted with his skilled, beautiful and very heartfelt playing ... everyone we encountered from the reception to all of the other areas of the resort we couldn't fault the service and attention to detail ... a gem of a place!

The people that worked at Le Calette were so incredibly kind and helpful and were really welcoming, they could not have done enough for their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

The property looks beautiful, but if you take a deeper look into everything you’ll find that for the price you pay it’s definitely not worth it. Some of the areas are dated. The pool area has a Jacuzzi that is cold, the staff are not super friendly. We had a check in issue. It’s too long to write about, but it doesn’t seem like there’s a lot of common sense happening at this hotel. You would expect if you’re paying over $1000 a night you would at a nice resort. Not feeling that here. The staff at the restaurants are however, unbelievably amazing We thoroughly enjoyed our time at those particular places.

Gorgeous views! Great access to the water.

We only stayed for 1 night. This hotel is a top. I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place before. We got an upgrade to a deluxe room. Clean, spacious, modern, quite,... Breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from. Gym and spa we did not have time to use. I would Recommend to stay there. Water in the swimming could be a bit warmer thou. Great views. We loved it!!!

Beautiful hotel, amazing spots to relax but the gorgeous pool, or at the reef bar where you could swim in the sea. Perfect location, a short 20 min walk into town. The hotel has its own beach spot too, with a free shuttle. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, just an amazing stay, highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool eigenem Strandzugang. Herrlich große Zimmer und tolles Personal. In 15min. Erreicht man zu Fuß Taormina.

It is a beautiful 5 start hotel or resort. We stayed 2 nights and felt not enough. We should have planned a longer stay to fully feel the place. The view is magnificent . It is located right in the front of ocean. You can step down to swim in the ocean when weather is suitable. The service is excellent and free breakfast included is just nothing you can complain . It is a very high quality hotel.

The entire staff was top notch. Every person was kind. I work at a hotel myself and know this is not an east job. Professional and welcoming to two tourists who had lit5le knowledge of the area. I also want to thank the restaurant and staff. We only stayed for two nights during a two week trip. Our dinner with you was by far our favorite and most tasty of the whole trip! Thank you.

Great hotel clean great loccation

Cefalu is beautiful and the hotel was lovely. Unfortunately, there was an odor as you entered the room. The staff sort of blew the complaint off and blamed it on the wind direction, Although the room was very small, it was immaculate and comfortable. The odor seemed to come from the AC, so we tried not to use it. The facilities were gorgeous with a beautiful pool and access to the sea. Outdoor dining during the rain was less than ideal, but the food and service were great.
