The hotel was far and away better than I expected.... from the beautiful wood paneling to the walls with cloth wall covering in our room (not wall paper but looks like it) and staff that always made us, English speaking customers, feel heard and special. It is in China town but was safe and nice we walked at 7am thru 11 pm and felt good.

The hotel is located in Chinatown with lots of places to eat close by. The metro was around 10 minutes walking. We walked to the city centre in around 20 to 25 minutes. The breakfast was good, plenty of cakes, but also savoury options and I liked the scrambled eggs which in many places can taste a bit fake. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

The hotel was far and away better than I expected.... from the beautiful wood paneling to the walls with cloth wall covering in our room (not wall paper but looks like it) and staff that always made us, English speaking customers, feel heard and special. It is in China town but was safe and nice we walked at 7am thru 11 pm and felt good.

The hotel is located in Chinatown with lots of places to eat close by. The metro was around 10 minutes walking. We walked to the city centre in around 20 to 25 minutes. The breakfast was good, plenty of cakes, but also savoury options and I liked the scrambled eggs which in many places can taste a bit fake. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Staff were excellent, room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Shower was challenging, difficult to get consistent hot water. It kept going hot and cold. Also it was a tub and shower head was tight at end making it difficult to stand. Otherwise hotel is lovely.

We thought we had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, we found ourselves at the Leonardo Hotel by mistake and realized this at the reception. But it was a good thing we stayed at this hotel; the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had very little time to explore the city, but despite that, Mr. Federico at the front desk welcomed us warmly and kindly without any hesitation, drew up a route for us on the map, and we were able to explore the city thoroughly. Staff went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We stayed 1 night on Sept. 25th 2025. The concierge who checked us in was extremely helpful. He recommended restaurants, a store to buy a backpack and taxi service.

Tout était très bien jusqu'au matin au moment de prendre la douche dans la baignoire bouchée, et le pommeau de douche fuyant de partout. La chambre etait spacieuse, excellent confort et petit salon trés appréciable. Personnel tres sympathique.

Very nice hotel in Chinatown with many food/drink options locally or walking distance to M2 or M5 Metro lines for travel to main train stations or Central Milan/Airport . Bed was very comfortable and maid service exceptional . Breakfast was more than adequate with hot/cold choices . The only negative i can give is there was no in room kettle for coffee but other than that a very pleasant stay .

We went from Rome to Milan, first of all neighborhood was in China town, so if you are not big fan of smell of fish like me it's gonna be disappointment, after that lobby and reception was good but room was pretty spooky and old and humid, and smell of toilet was bad! We told them about smell but it wasn't helpful and smell remain for few days we were day. For me bad part was place which was in middle of china town and top far from tourism attraction of Milan,

Leider so schlimm wie noch nie erlebt. ABER super liebes Personal! Jedoch werden wir hier nie wieder herkommen!!!! Alles schmutzig, stinkt, Löcher in der Gardine. Shampoo in der Seife leer. Schimmel im Bad. Fõhn rausgerissen an der Halterung, Kabel schauen raus

Hotel ziet er op de foto’s allemaal netjes uit maar de werkelijkheid is toch wat anders. Ten eerste kamer was niet heel netjes haren in het bad, airco stond op maximaal en 17 graden maar het was er bloed heet. Maar dan de ergste ervaring die ik heb gehad in dit hotel is dat de room service onze knuffels onder het bed had verstopt. Hierdoor heel erg in de stress geraakt en ook totaal het vertrouwen in het personeel verloren. De andere dagen hebben we dan ook het niet storen bordje op de deur gehouden. Uiteindelijke conclusie hotel ziet er leuk uit op de website en foto’s maar heeft ons zeer teleurgesteld.
