Die Mittagskarte war sehr eingeschränkt und hat sich seit 10 Tagen nicht geändert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber es gab nur eine kleine Auswahl an Obst und kein festgelegtes Angebot an Gemüse

Luna is a resort hotel built in the 1950s. While I am sure it was elegant back then, it has not been updated or renovated since and was frankly in a decrepit condition. The site is impressive and the beach excellent, but the hotel itself tired and a bit depressing. Old world service (most of the staff were in their 60s) and lacking modern amenities. We felt like we were living in another era/

Toller Park, tolles und freundliches Personal

Séjour de 5 jours parfait pour la détente. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. L'hôtel est propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et bien fourni. Le resto du midi est très bon. Le resto du soir peut faire mieux. Une réserve naturelle forestière à proximité permet de faire de jolies balades.

Overall hotel location is amazing. Private beach and beautiful. That is what you are paying for. Now, all the bad things: Rooms - overall very dirty. They didn’t vacuum the rooms at all. In addition, the rooms are in a desperate need of renovation. It is old, but not only that, the bathrooms are nasty and you could barely use the shower because it was both broken and lacked water pressure. Food - breakfast was eatable but that is it. Not something you’d expect from a hotel you paid this amount of money for. The bacon looked disgusting. Lunch is served in a different restaurant from breakfast and dinner and it was the only ”good” food we had during our stay. Dont get me wrong, not the best food I’ve eaten but atleast it was okay italian food. Regarding dinner, dont eat dinner here. Frozen vegetables, cold food and just bad overall. Dont waste your money on this. Also, even though it is hotel food you pay for, they add service fee to lunch and dinner (and the service was terrible) Finally, check out, they gave us the bill for everything we’ve eaten during our stay and numbers were okay. Then the staff said that they missed the city tax and gave me a new two page receipt. However, this time they added the cost for the rooms which i already payed for. I highlighted this and they said ”you have?” And just printed a receipt again. Felt like they wanted to double charge me as they didnt even check the system to confirm, nor did they apologise. Go somewhere else…

What a fantastic setting for this hotel. Nice rooms and public facilities, very friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner did not meet expectations at all.

There is no faulting the staff from housekeeping to management. Should a problem arise it is dealt with fairly & promptly & the English of the receptionist Rina(?) & manager is impeccable. The restaurant staff are very attentive. Surroundings are beautiful. Pool area is spotless & pool beautifully inviting just like the promotional photos & lifeguards on hand. No problem with getting parasols & sunbeds both pool & beach. Would have been nice to have had somewhere with snacks during the day as you are limited to using the restaurants on site during fixed hours if you have no car & the food is pricey but not as good as expected. Breakfast buffet is, however, plentiful & with lot of choice & best peaches & nectarines ever tasted !

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Für Gäste, die trotz Hinweis der sehr netten Angestellten die Liegen nicht zu reservieren, dieses trotzdem tun, kann keiner was. Für die Abrechnung der Speisen und Getränke wäre es besser, wenn die Belege mit der Abrechnung gesammelt werden würden. Dann könnten unnötige Diskussionen beim Chck-Out vermieden werden. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten ein superschöner Aufenthalt.

Incrível excelente nora10

Die Anlage war sehr schön, der Wein und das Essen hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter konnten teilweise Deutsch, was auch positiv war. Die Rezeption kümmerte sich um meine Anliegen (Taxibestellung, Ausflugsziele, Restauranttipps, uvm, ...) sehr liebenswürdig. Leider gehört das WLAN-Netz bzw. eine Mobilfunkverstärkungsanlage ausgebaut, funktionierte nicht überall und ausreichend (zB für Wetter oder Google Anfragen), schade für so ein tolles Haus. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, außer Meeresrauschen und das Zwitschern der Vögel hört man nichts. Ideal um ein bisschen runterzukommen und abzuschalten. Für mich waren es sehr erholsame Tage, gerne wieder.

Very Italian feeling beach side resort. All the staff where very friendly and helpful. Felt very welcoming. Beautiful views and quiet area with great areas for walking and running. The included full breakfast was excellent- coffee hot croissant eggs bacon fruit- all that is needed! Would definitely recommend!

Bellissima struttura in posizione meravigliosa. Giardini curati, piscina a sfioro. Personale molto gentile. Avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione alle camere; avremmo inoltre gradito un po' di animazione la sera. È comunque una location che ti entra nel cuore.

God og hjælpsom service. Rent. God morgenmad og en dejlig pool. Smukke og rolige omgivelser. Afslappende atmosfære.

Absolutely perfect

Struttura immersa nel verde con una bellissima e rilassantissima spiaggia privata. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale, sia alla reception che al ristorante (cene molto buone)

Une soirée et une journée très agréables dans un relais arboré et sympathiquement désuet au bord de l’eau. Piscine et plage très bien situées et équipées. Merci au personnel accueillant !
