Very nice place

Historic vibe,design ,original building

The room and staff were great.

Amazingly kind and accommodating staff.

Perfect location, very lively with lots of shops and restaurants. Everybody was helpful and kind. There is only one negative thing; there is a very small elevator and narrow corridor But I’m ok.

Very busy locale. Could be nousy but you are in the center of a busy area. Fantastic room and excellent staff. Friendly and helpful

Center of the shopping

We had a Junior Suite that was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. Both the room and bathroom were a bit tired, but everything worked fine. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding good quality. The bathroom was big with double sinks and plenty of space for toiletries. The hotel is located in a charming little street in a very busy part of Rome, so it was quite noisy at night and early in the morning, even though we had shutters and good quality windows. I guess it is to be expected in this location. A few things were very disappointing and this is why I can't give a higher rating, cleanliness being the first one. The bathroom was fine, but the coffee machine was dusty, there were some crumbs on the floor and the door of the fridge was dirty. I dropped a black sweater on the floor next to the ottoman and it was covered in dust when I picked it up. Not acceptable. Also, we had individual toiletries in the bathroom with a protective seal, which guarantees freshness and hygiene. Yet, the body lotion was half empty and smelled really bad. I threw it away and didn't think much of it, but the next day, the body wash was also almost empty. Both had a seal. Not too sure what to think of that. Finally, the pictures on Expedia show a lovely boutique hotel with a nice reception, but these are not pictures of the hotel, there is no reception at all, just a desk in the bar that is on the first floor of the building - the photos do not show that, this is very deceptive.

Beautiful and spacious rooms!

A região do hotel é excelente, porém as janelas não vedam a barulheira da rua , muito barulho a noite e de manhã cedo , colaborares muito atenciosos, porém o hotel parece mais uma pensão do que um hotel, o lobby minúsculo , não tem uma cadeira para sentar , apartamento espaçoso e confortável, porém muito barulho também do piso do andar de cima

Wet clean and the staff was helpful with taxis and all Accommodations. The location can’t be beat.

We were quite pleased with this boutique hotel. Great service, tips, and friendly staff that wants your experience to be a fantastic one! Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were huge which isnt common today.

Location was excellent. Center area for shopping, restaurants. It’s a small hotel with no lobby and it’s old but very clean with the great service.

Comfortable bed, perfect location, quiet but very small elevator and steep steps could be challenging. Amazing staff 😊

The hotel is at absolute prime location. Trevi fountain, Pantheon and even Colosseum is walkable (25min). We booked a double suite. The rooms were clean, staff is super friendly. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Rome.
