Ainoa miinus on aamiaisen puuttuminen matkasta. Kaikki muu oli loistavaa, huone ihana ja hyvällä paikalla hotelli. Ja palvelu moitteetonta ja ystävällistä. Tunsin itseni tervetulleeksi.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, good quality bed, linens and towels. A/C had to be reset twice but the staff resolved it quickly.

Excellent boutique hotel. Great location. Large very comfortable room. Highly recommended.

スペイン広場の近くで立地は文句なし。 またアメニティが充実していてびっくりしました。スタッフの方は皆さんフレンドリーで親切でした。 鍵の開け閉めにすこしコツが必要ですが、カードキーが多い昨今、このタイプの鍵があじがあって良かったです。

Great area with high end shops, dining, many historic churches and near Spanish Steps. Close to Spagna metro station so easy to get from the airport to hotel via train and metro. Nice amenities including shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hair dryer/bath salts/in room robes. Our room had windows that opened both to the street and to a central open area, which was great for air flow. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and very helpful. Location is great, right next to some great restaurants although realise that means it isn't a sleepy area of town.

It was a very good hotel. It was very close to the Spanish steps and shopping street therefore had restaurants close by. The shopping streets allows for a very navigated direction to the main structures like the travi fountain and the pantheon. It was around 15 min by walk. It is in such a good location. I stayed for 3 nights for my daughter’s birthday and they gave us a surprise gift and the rooms were very clean and big. It was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was very good, and the room was comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Rome, with everything within easy walking distance. There were plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby, which made getting around very convenient.

Perfect location, very lively with lots of shops and restaurants. Everybody was helpful and kind. There is only one negative thing; there is a very small elevator and narrow corridor But I’m ok.

Very busy locale. Could be nousy but you are in the center of a busy area. Fantastic room and excellent staff. Friendly and helpful

Center of the shopping

We had a Junior Suite that was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. Both the room and bathroom were a bit tired, but everything worked fine. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding good quality. The bathroom was big with double sinks and plenty of space for toiletries. The hotel is located in a charming little street in a very busy part of Rome, so it was quite noisy at night and early in the morning, even though we had shutters and good quality windows. I guess it is to be expected in this location. A few things were very disappointing and this is why I can't give a higher rating, cleanliness being the first one. The bathroom was fine, but the coffee machine was dusty, there were some crumbs on the floor and the door of the fridge was dirty. I dropped a black sweater on the floor next to the ottoman and it was covered in dust when I picked it up. Not acceptable. Also, we had individual toiletries in the bathroom with a protective seal, which guarantees freshness and hygiene. Yet, the body lotion was half empty and smelled really bad. I threw it away and didn't think much of it, but the next day, the body wash was also almost empty. Both had a seal. Not too sure what to think of that. Finally, the pictures on Expedia show a lovely boutique hotel with a nice reception, but these are not pictures of the hotel, there is no reception at all, just a desk in the bar that is on the first floor of the building - the photos do not show that, this is very deceptive.
