Beautiful location close to the Villa Romana del Casale....the food was excellent.

Belle bâtisse très joliment restaurée. Chambre spacieuse très bien décorée. Piscine très agréable dans un environnement calme. Très bel accueil de la propriétaire. Petit déjeuner correct avec de bons produits servi dans une agréable petite salle au frais.

One of my favorite places I have stayed. Very relaxing and quiet. Very good food. There is a cat and dog there too. Best olives I have ever had. Would come back to Sicily just to stay here

Una vecchia masseria recuperata con gusto e rispettando lo stile originale a beneficio della tranquillità. Un posto pieno di fascino !! Il tempo ahimè era pessimo e non abbiamo goduto della piscina, che però sembrava davvero buona. Abbiamo però apprezzato il riscaldamento , attivato nonostante fosse fine aprile, ma il tempo da lupi lo richiedeva davvero. Una colazione più che sufficiente (ottima la torta di mele !). Nel complesso tutto bene Segnalo che in camera non c'è la TV , non prende il wi-fi e anche il mio cellulare (Wind) non prendeva nulla. Per me nessun problema ma magari a qualcuno può dare noia.

The room was large, decor was interesting and overlooking the garden/pool area (although you cannot see the pool from the room). Dinner was great at €30 per person. The property is very pretty in a quiet area although quite close to the main road so you can still hear the cars. We were given towels for the pool. And the pool is very nice, and gorgeous at sunset. There was a bad smell coming from the ensuite. The AC was very noisy (crackling and popping sounds all through the night) that woke us up a couple of times. Wifi was horrible.

A beautiful place for the night. I’m sorry we couldn’t stay longer. It would be a perfect location for a restful few days in Sicily.

Masseria Bannata is as beautiful as it is portrayed online. Quirky and unique in its own way. The surrounding grounds well kept and loved with an attention to detail. Staff is very welcoming and La Signora ever so elegant and present.

Fantastic place, We booked as a Hotel om the good to Ortigia because of a late flight. Great friendly service even though We arrived very late.

+ Très joli cadre dans une ferme à la décoration soignée. Le dîner était très bon et copieux. - Deux bémols : le matelas était très inconfortable avec une structure du lit en fer qui couinait. Et nous sommes partis sur une mauvaise note. Nous avons effectué le check-out à 10h. Comme il avait plu la veille, nous avons demandé à profiter de la piscine une demi-heure. On nous a répondu « d’accord, ça fera 10€ par personne en plus ». Nous étions stupéfaits et sommes partis très déçus.

L'antica masseria è stata splendidamente ristrutturata, con grande attenzione ai particolari e a mantenere quanto più possibile di originale. Abbiamo cenato in struttura: una buona cena, con piatti diversi da quelli offerti abitualmente nei ristoranti della zona. Il check in e il check out sono stati tutt'altro che perfetti: lenti, soprattutto perché nessuno è venuto a seguirci, non finché siamo andati personalmente a cercare qualcuno. Complessivamente, tuttavia, siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e cortesia. Il prezzo (100 euro per una notte e colazione) è decisamente troppo alto per una struttura bella, ma che non riesce a garantire quel servizio che vorrebbe offrire e che giustificherebbe un prezzo più alto. Il costo della cena poteva starci, non invece l'addebito a parte (4 euro) di due bottiglie d'acqua da 0,75l, che in un menù fisso devono essere comprese. Un ultimo appunto sugli spazi relax: molto carini, ma non sufficientemente curati.

We stayed at five hotels during our vacation in Sicily, and this was by far our favourite. The historic building, the elegant finishes, the charming staff, the natural setting, the fantastic food, the luxurious pool. Could not imagine a more perfect place to enjoy neighbouring Enna.

A lovely historic agriturismo with beautiful buildings and grounds. The pool area is amazing and all produce is grown on the farm. The rooms are rustic but charming, giving a real sense of history. The had dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing! Recommended.

Great venue to just relax, enjoy the grounds, unique accommodations and pool. Best meal we had in our 2 weeks in Sicily.

I absolutely loved this place. It's a farm stay. It's not star rated as such and it is not a hotel. There are some really quirky things about it and if you want a little peaceful haven (it's off the main road but you don't notice) that is not too far from Piazza Armerina and the fantastic Roman Villa, then this is the place for you. The meal they can cook was fairly good, vegetarian, and it's home-style cooking, so in one way it is worth giving it a try... 22 euros and then about 5 euros for a half litre of basic red. The food kept coming and I enjoyed it, but one night only. Ate something different the following night. I would definitely visit again. Bear in mind the bathroom facilities are good but for example I had a shower and shower curtain within the room, which wasn't a problem, apart from the curtain was slightly shy of the lip so water did seem to go over the edge. The door locks are little padlocks...part of the whole charm.

Petit-déjeuner au strict minimum et le type qui m'a "accueilli" paraissait complètement paumé. Une honte de classer cet établissement dans la catégorie agriturisme !

Lovely converted stone farm buildings in a rural setting, surrounded by orchards. Cultural cities and sites nearby. Wonderfully helpful staff.

Excellent walks in the surrounding area of natural beauty, close to an amazing Roman Villa and the fantastic ruins of a Greek City. The hotel is full of character and the pool is excellent.

Accueil plus que chaleureux Mario sait vous faire partager en français son amour de la Sicile Le cadre est exceptionnel la chambre était magnifique Et repas du soir et petit déjeuner étaient délicieux Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
