We loved the hotel. It was just right for what we wanted and the location if of course a big advantage!

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, Personal unglaublich freundlich und gut ausgebildet. Zimmer kleiner als erwartet, jedoch sehr sauber. Tolle Geschäfte in direkter Nähe.

Quarto barulhento, cama e travesseiros ruins, chuveiro não esquentava muito. Além de uma confusão de um casal com agressão no quarto ao lado do nosso, por mais de 2 horas e nada do hotel resolver.

La chambre standard. Juste horrible. Je ne recommande pas du tout on avait vu sur une « cour intérieure » mais c’était juste dans lumière avec toute l’eau des climatiseurs qui se déversent dedans. C’est juste pas possible de vendre un truc pareil.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Laut Beschreibung gibt es private Parkmöglichkeiten, tatsächlich handelt es sich aber lediglich um ein externes Parkhaus, in dem wir unser neues Auto samt Schlüssel abgeben sollten – ohne jegliche Garantie oder Sicherheit. Auf unsere Bedenken reagierte das Personal unfreundlich und zeigte keinerlei Verständnis. Anstatt nach einer Lösung zu suchen, wurden wir eher gedrängt, uns schnell zu entscheiden, da unser Auto kurzfristig vor dem Hotel stand. Das empfanden wir als unangenehm und unprofessionell. Letztlich haben wir uns für eine Parkmöglichkeit vor einem ganz anderen Hotel entschieden, das sichere und kameraüberwachte Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang hatte.

The location of the hotel is great. Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, and Colosseum are in 15 - 20 mins. walking distance. Above all, the Staff are very helpful and friendly!!

Première chambre , pas de Clim . Impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte à cause du bruit Changement de chambre . Taches sur le drap du dessus Auréoles jaune et multiples trous sur la couette Le bouton pour activer la Clim est derrière l’armoire , il faut donc la bouger pour activer la Clim Heureusement que les personnes qui s’occupent du petit déjeuner et restaurant étaient sympa : ça a rendu le séjour un peu moins pénible

I liked shower room- spacious, shower has two heads what is very comfortable when taking shower. Hotel has nice location- bus stop nearby, close to metro (underground) station, close to historical city center. Only one think what I didn’t like- air conditioner was blowing straight on me.

Rome is geweldig. Maar de “standard kamer” die wij geboekt hadden was minder. Kamer op zich was Okee, maar t uitzicht was diep bedroevend. We hadden uitzicht op binnenkant met een lucht- of stortkoker. (Zie foto) Geen daglicht. We moesten aan vrienden vragen hoe het weer was. Verder was het schoonmaken van kamer ook niet om naar huis te schrijven. Ook vonden wij het personeel / manager ook niet echt vriendelijk. Kon amper een “goedemorgen “ en een lachje vanaf. Ben van Mercure-hotel wel anders gewend. Dit was zeker geen 4-* waard. Gelukkig was t weer uitstekend, met fijne vrienden en was Rome prima. Heerlijk eten en goede wijn/bier/rose.

I was disappointed when I got to my room and the bed was against the window. I settled in and realized how loud the room was. There was a shared door that could be open to adjoin the rooms. Which I didn’t not. I could hear the person in the next rooms whole conversation crystal clear. I went down and asked to switch rooms but they were full. They said I might be able to switch for my last night. The street noise was really bad. I asked for a refund for the second night through Hotels.com but the hotel denied my request. There are no shower doors or counter space to put your toiletries. When I took a shower was sprayed everywhere. The sink is slipped down so it’s hard to use.

A lovely comfortable and modern hotel. The people there are incredibly helpful and could not do more. The only downside is that the restaurant and bar have very little atomosphere, and the bar area could do with being rearranged in order to be even a little bit welcoming.

We found the hotel perfectly located and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were absolutely brilliant. It just needs a bit more attention to detail eg no soap dish, very dusty aircon unit, towel a bit threadbare. However we would definitely stay there again as the location is excellent and nothing was too much trouble for everyone working there.

Hotel is OK. At checkout charged for room. Room was prepaid. 2 weeks later still waiting on refund.

We only stayed one night, but we would stay here again. Nice staff, good coffee and comfy beds. Nice room and bathroom. Great location too!

This hotel is a gem! Superb staff, elegant decor.... a five-star experience in a second-to-none location.
