Stayed here on way home to USA via Rome airport. Nice hotel and location. I was unable to find their shuttle from airport to hotel so took a 35 euro cab. Shuttle from hotel to airport was fine and easy. Shower was not cleaned since there was a ball of hair on ledge and hair in drain. So I avoided showering there. Staff friendly enough.

Veldig enkelt fra flyplassen til hotellet. Bare vent på hotels shuttle få minutter og var på hotellet 15 minutter.

El hotel está bien y está muy cerca del aeropuerto , lo único es que el servicio del shuttle dice que sin 6 euros y me cobraron 12 que por un impuesto, lo deberían de especificar en sus precios , lo demás excelente

Had an incredible (included) breakfast and a very nice dinner as well. The pool area was lovely and we were surprised how quiet it was given the proximity to FCO Airport.

To begin with they sent the airport bus shuttle schedule which was incorrect. This lead to us waiting over an hour for a bus that wasn’t coming at 11pm. We managed to call reception who didn’t apologies and said get a taxi (taxi was 55 euros - 8 minute drive). Upon arriving to the hotel, again no apologies or mention of the error. We arrived to our room which had a terrible smell of smoke, they agreed to move us but this room despite smelling less like smoke was near the bar. Which played music and had people making huge amounts of noise till around 1.30am. We only stayed here for 7 hours before our early morning flight. It’s was terrible. It’s very old, smells, the beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Me and my partner actually laugh about the experience it was so bad. And we have travels to over 50 countries and despite emailing the hotel have not received an apology or anything back. I would avoid this or pay the extra and go to an actual airport hotel. Oh and their shuttle service was available for when we left so had to pay another 55 euro taxi.

チェックイン後、バスタオルが無く、フロントにお願いすると、ボロボロの2016年製造の変な臭いのするタオルだった。（調べたがここまで長くボロボロのタオルをそれなりのホテルは通常提供しない。) 仕方なく使ったら、身体中に痒みが出る。 シャワーを浴び直し、別のハンドタオルで拭くと幾分収まったが、今だに体は赤い発疹でいっぱいです。 尚、それをホテル側にメールで伝えてますが返事すらありません。 ホテルの設備が古いのは仕方ないが、メルキュールという名で安心して予約したものの、残念ながらメルキュールの信用は地に落ちました。

Great Hotel option near the airport. Excellent restaurant, pool area and the rooms were very nice

Dining room has very good food. Nice airport hotel overall with friendly staff.

It was a nice hotel. The only thing i can say is that we had the first room near the lobby so i could hear everyone talking the bed was not comfortable you could feel the springs. I can say the staff were extremely nice and helpul.

L'hôtel pourrait être superbe mais il manque plusieurs petits détails de manque de rigueur dans son fonctionnement. Notre famille occupait 3 chambres; dans une, deux prises de courant ne fonctionnait pas; dans une autre, une prise ne fonctionnait pas, il manquait des serviettes et il y avait 5 bouteilles d'eau d'accueil à la place de 2; dans la troisième, il n'y avait pas de bouteilles d'eau... Néanmoins, il a suffit de le signaler, pour que ces problèmes soient très vites résolus... Merci au personnel mais c'est dommage que ce ne soit pas réglé à l'amont... Néanmoins, dans les trois chambres, la moquette sent mauvais, un lavage serait nécessaire...

Ficamos uma noite no hotel para pegar o voo no dia seguinte. Quarto com cama e banheiro bons. Mas o serviço no hotel é péssimo. Tentamos tomar um drink no bar da piscina e o único funcionário disponível não nos atendeu. Pedimos e fomos ignorados. Dali decidimos jantar. Havia apenas 2 pessoas atendendo no restaurante e vários hóspedes ali. Demoraram muito para nos atender. E quando chamávamos alguém ainda levávamos bronca dizendo que tínhamos que esperar. Total falta de respeito. Na hora de pagar não tinha funcionário para receber. Tivemos que esperar alguém aparecer, o que levou pelo menos 10 minutos. Pelo preço que cobram pela diária, o atendimento deles é péssimo. Falta funcionários e os que estão ali estão de péssimo humor. Existem outros hotéis pela redondeza. Esse, definitivamente, é caro demais para o pouco que oferece. E o transfer para o aeroporto é pago. Poderia ser uma cortesia do hotel.

Started off not so good with not being able to find their shuttle, completely confusing instructions and the times were not at stated. So we had to get ripped off by a taxi 38€ for a 3km trip. Reception staff were efficient but looked like they had just been sucking on lemons. Room was very hot and the aircon didn’t do a great job of cooling in down. Bed was firm. We were gone early after arriving late so can’t comment on the rest of the property.
