This is an interesting place near various tourist spots like the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo. Public transportation nearby if you walk through the Piazza. Some issues: it's hard to find, being on the 3rd floor of what looks like an apartment building. The front door of the building is often closed, which means you need to have a code to enter. The "buffet breakfast" is really a Continental breakfast that is served in your room; you have a list of never-changing foods like croissants and cereal that you check off and leave on the door handle. The earliest you can get breakfast is 8 am, which means you miss it if you have any early-morning tours. I had a problem with wifi which the front desk dismissed as being an Apple-specific issue (literally said "Windows works fine" when I tried to get help). It's not a bad place, the price is good and the location is excellent, but there are some quirks that make me unlikely to book it again.

Attention de bien vérifier la dimension de la chambre selon vos besoins car nous avons pris la régulière et c’était grand comme une boîte à chaussures, pas de chaise et rangement intégrée dysfonctionnel… Cependant très bien localisé au cœur des boutiques et à distance de marche de tout! Comme c’est dans la zone touristique, les restaurants sont très touristiques aussi, alors à voir selon vos besoins, selon moi, je ne trouve pas que ça valait la somme demandée, $$$$!

The location and the room space were excellent! The breakfast was delicious and had many options. Only the shower water was cold.

Great boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and convenient location. The breakfast in the morning was very good, ordered the previous night and delivered to the room. A true gem of a hotel.

Gorgeous room

I was surprised that my stay. I was not expecting the high level of service. The size and cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast the entire staff was amazing, very small place in terms of the hotel size, but the rooms had more than ample size compared to most hotels even the JW and Westin of Rome. Clean and had everything you need even for large families. Highly recommend and definitiely will book again when in Rome!!

AC was controlled by the staff and the room was always warm. We ran out of hot water a couple of times in the room. The TV was all in Italian. You couldn’t use it at all.

Excelente Service! Girls in recepción were super nice with us, specially Yasmín. The hotel is great and location is perfect.

Todo excelente; muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, instalaciones en excelentes condiciones y el personal súper amable. Si tuviera que mejorar algún aspecto es el internet que no nos funcionó muy bien y lo necesitábamos para trabajar.

This hotel is in a great location. It’s central to most of Romes main attractions. The rooms are also spacious, and well equipped.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is within a large building in a central location on a busy street. Finding the right door and ring bell can be hard first time.

【チェックイン】 ・入り口は道路に面した大きな木製のドア。看板等は無いため場所が分かりにくい。事前にドアの鍵を解除するコードを聞いておくと良い。 ・ドアを抜けるとA棟用のエレベーターがある。貨物リフト用に見えるが使ってOKとのこと。 ・Spagna駅から徒歩で15分かかる。 ・近隣はブランド店が並ぶが夜は早々とクローズしてやや暗くなる。ただし、人通りは夜遅くもそこそこあるのでそこまで問題は無いと思われる。 【滞在中】 ・朝食は前日の夕方までにメニュー表に書き込んでドアノブに掛けておく必要あり。昼間観光などで出かける際は、出かける前に記入しておくと良い。 ・朝食は最早で8:00〜提供。朝早くから出かける場合は注意。 ・朝食メニューは種類少なめ。クロワッサンとシリアル、ドリンク程度。 ・フロントデスクは7:30-19:00くらいまでしかいない。早めに到着して、後でまたチェックインとなる際は、鍵はどこで受け取るかや部屋番号は何か等、注意。 ・アメニティあり。ただしドライヤーは弱かった。 ・部屋、シャワーは清潔感ある。水圧は弱め。お湯が出なかった（ぬるいプールくらいの温度）。 ・部屋は広いのでスーツケースを開けて広げても余裕あり。 【チェックアウト】 ・鍵をフロントに渡すだけでOK。フロントがいない場合は、フロントデスクに置いておけばOKとのこと。 【まとめ】 清潔感があり広々とした部屋で快適ではあるが、水回りや朝食の時間&選択肢の少なさなどが微妙。フロントスタッフは優しく対応してくれた。

Perfect location and wonderful service

Very clean and safe hotel with spacious rooms, despite the hotel itself being old and compact with a limited number of rooms. The staff is very nice, and the area is beautiful, lively, and fun.

Bathroom was awesome, housekeeping great. Only issue was finding the place. Should send pictures of the front door and where elevator was. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again. I realized the street names aren't posted like those in the US.

Amazing location in the heart of Rome. Walkable distance to Plaza Popolo, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and lots of options for food. Having an elevator was helpful after long hours walking. Rooms were spacious and have a luxury look. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Yasmine couldn't be more helpful helping us arrange the Hop On and Off Tour. Light breakfast options included that were great to have. Kri was making sure our breakfast and room were always ready. Very friendly staff. We definitely would recommend this location to everyone that visits Rome.
