Excellent in every way. A fun whimsical sweet hotel for kids and adults. We got the chocolate suite and my kids absolutely loved it and we did too. The hotel smells like sweets and they go out of their way to leave treats for everyone and use products inspired by their sweet brand. Super clean, newly renovated or built, all amenities, design appointed rooms, that include even a Dyson hair dryer. The staff is attentive and friendly and the location can’t be matched. The rooftop is a great plus offering stuffing views. Highly recommend especially for families. The room was spacious and had a complete separate area for the kids.

Views from our room were incredible. Milan is a big city but this hotel was a great walking distance to every main thing you should see in the city. It is a bit loud for those who like complete quiet but that doesn't bother myself or whoever I was traveling with. The room was so fun and incredibly clean, HIGHLY recommend staying here. Staff was great as well.

The sound insulated rooms are great! We did not ever hear noise from an adjacent suite. The breakfast was wonderful, too, with a wide selection of delicious meals. The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned. Even when we were assured that someone was coming to do it, it took two additional calls over the next two days to get it done. All in all a pretty (OD)Sweet place.

This was a great stay! So fun with the themes of the hotel. Great location right by the Duomo. Good amenities as well. Friendly staff; easy checkin and checkout process.

Nosso voo deu overbooking e por isso ao invés de chegarmos às 22h chegamos às 07h do dia seguinte, enviamos mensagem avisando sobre o ocorrido no mesmo instante (noite que deveríamos chegar), e quando chegamos no hotel a atendente Irina nos informou que fomos declaradas como no-show e não poderíamos utilizar nossa reserva, mesmo o check-out sendo apenas às 11h. No fim conseguimos conversar, mostrar a mensagem que enviamos na noite anterior e após muita rispidez conseguimos entrar no quarto, porém sem direito ao café da manhã que já havia sido pago. O quarto é excelente, limpo e confortável porém o atendimento da recepção deixa muito a desejar.

The room is absolutely stunning- we loved it! It was different to what we thought we were getting as thought we’d booked the marshmallow room- specifically only came with our two young daughters for the pink room- was told we should have specifically requested it though as we thought we’d booked it we didn’t realise we had to. Maybe the downside of booking through a booking platform though a message from the hotel to advise as such would have been helpful in guiding us. We only booked this hotel for this reason paying £520 in total, no breakfast, no “sweet box” that apparently is meant to be in the room- told staff, shrugged this off. “Free mini bar included” but not really great for 4 people. Also one small condition, messaged down to reception to ask for more along with query around turn down service as only one bed was made up and no additional bedding, room service so prompt but no making up of bed, asked 3 times over 2 hours (small children, now nearly 10pm) and was told they couldn’t only respond to me 24/7- rude, obnoxious front of house staff- so insulting! Housekeeper was lovely who then came up and did it! Our queries were so minimal but the strong, rude responses meant we couldn’t raise any issue- such as remotes not working, air con not working, lighting system ineffective! Restaurant we paid £200 for freezer foods though the view is absolutely spectacular and the bar staff lovely. We left by 8:30am as roadworks start at 7- no courtesy to inform us of this.

The location was ideal, the rooms were large and spacious, the decor and lighting modern and the staff were impeccable.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Excellent service, great staff, helped us with everything (even made us an appointment with a dentist that we needed urgently). The location of the hotel is within walking distance of all the tourist areas. Highly recommended

Our recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. From the moment we arrived, we noticed an off-putting smell inside our room. The condition of the room itself was unacceptable—stained and dirty carpets, visible signs of neglect, and an ant infestation that made our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, when we brought our concerns to the front desk, the receptionist, Angela, was dismissive and unaccommodating. Rather than offering any solutions or attempting to make things right, we were met with excuses and no offer of compensation. Her attitude added to an already frustrating situation and left us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests. It’s deeply disappointing to have had such a negative experience, especially given the standards one expects from a hotel. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic hospitality were all lacking. I cannot in good conscience recommend this property and hope management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

A nice hotel with helpful and good staff. The window coverings do little to block out light and it was so noisy, it felt like the windows were open when they were not.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to get around. We absolutely loved the pink marshmallow room—it was clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. Would definitely stay there again!
