Great place too stay breakfast included staff was great highly recommend checking it out will definitely teturn again

Staff were unfriendly and used one of the seating areas as a smoking area although my kids were sat there. I discovered this later and was very cross about this as they just smoked over my kids. Shower was very loud and faulty. The driver was fantastic who picked us up from the port and extremely kind. The pool area is very nice which was the best bit. Staff seemed to see holiday makers as an inconvenience. The photos of the hotel on the website were very flattering so I had much higher expectatations for my stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Main waiter very grumpy. Female waitress very kind.There were no snacks available during the day and mealtimes were very rigid and limited. There seemed to be an outdoor bar which was not in use. With a bit more effort and modernisation this could be a really good hotel as it had great grounds and in a quiet part of the resort but about 20 mins walk to all the bars, restaurants Vulcano is a cute place. Quiet resort with a few nice bars and restaurants and opportunity to visit the other islands. Knowing what I know now I would stay in Panarea or lipari over staying here

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel établissement. Chambre confortable donnant sur la très belle piscine. Personnel très serviable et petit déjeuner excellent.

Man sieht dass das Hotel nicht das neueste ist, dennoch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hôtel à environ 25 mn de marche du centre ville. Une navette vient vous récupérer si vous les appelez depuis le port. Personnellement on nous a surclassé du coup on s'est retrouvé côté piscine. La chambre est bien avec balcon et petit fil à linges. Salle de bain correcte. Le soir on peut y manger. Par contre un seul menu est proposé. C'était très bon. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bien. La piscine est top. Seul bémol le deck est à refaire. Des vis dépassent du bois et on peut vite se couper le pied. L'hôtel est à 15 mn de l'ascension du cratère. Puis compter 1h00 pour arriver en haut.

This was a very good hotel with a lovely swimming pool and the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent with rooms being serviced daily to a high standard. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and welcoming. The complimentary shuttle bus to the port was a nice extra.

Personale gentile e cordiale. Camera ampia e pulita con un bagno molto più grande della maggior parte delle strutture. Colazione molto variegata con addirittura le brioche siciliane (introvabili negli hotel). Piscina grande e tv satellitare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Comfortable bed, air con worked perfectly, nice size balcony with pool view, free water refill 24h, good choice for breakfast and good quality, everyday room cleaning, new towels and not worn ones. Hotel well maintained, fresh paint. 5mins walk to negra beach and diving centre, 20 mins walk by main street to the port and restaurants area, 15mins walk to the bottom of vulcano hike. Would stay there again.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Orsa Maggiore per quattro giorni, ci siamo trovati benissimo Personale gentile e disponibile sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza, colazione abbontande e varie, struttura molta pulita, bellissima la piscina con idromassaggio per potersi rilassare. L'hotel ha anche un ristorante dove si mangia molto bene

We loved our stay. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, amazing, and professional. Our rooms faced the pool and had large terraces. The breakfast had multiple choices such as meats, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, pastries, cheese, juices, etc. we also had an excellent dinner at the hotel.

Amazing hotel, in a very quiet area surrounded by nature. The staff is attentive and professional, the rooms are big and with every comfort, the restaurant is excellent. The hotel has a wonderful garden with a pool that has a little jacuzzi area and is 10 mins walking to the main beaches of the island, 20 to the town and Harbour. I would recommend this place and I will definitely come back the next time I am in Vulcano!

Gradevole struttura a pochi minuti dal centro. Camera e spazi comuni molto puliti e accoglienti. Personale cortese e discreto. Colazione abbondante e varia; qualità dei piatti del ristorante molto buona. Personale di sala (il nome credo sia Franco) molto professionale e discreto, sicuramente una nota positiva in più per la struttura. Un posto in cui ritornerei sicuramente.

Overall excellent hotel in Vulcano. Shuttle is available to the port and the staff is very helpful. Standard rooms' bathrooms are getting a bit older but the price quality ratio remains correct.

This was a great place to stay in a very pleasant location . The hotel pool is great and the gardens are lovely . The rooms are well fitted with good aircon for comfort . The staff are very nice and provide very good service . The breakfast has a very good selection . We had a great time and Vulcano is a unique destination .

L hôtel est situe à environ 1km du port et personne n est venu nous chercher sous le soleil brûlant. En outre le plan est radicalement faux car il laisse penser que l hotel est pret du port . Il est faux car nous sommes partis avec des grosses valises dans une direction presque opposée a celle de l hôtel. Perdus nous avons tenté de téléphoner a l hôtel mais le numéro est faux . Une commerçante a appelé l hôtel et alors on est venu nous chercher en voiture. Le séjour commencait mal . Il ne sert a rien de donner un numéro de tel qui doit etre celui d hôtel .com car personne ne repond ou alors ds une langue inconnue L hôtel est très bien mais notre sejour a été perturbé par la distance de l hôtel de l agglomération
