Bra utbud på frukosten. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Personalen vid frukosten börjar plocka bort exakt kl 10.30. Jag försökte få en cappuccino 10.35 vid två tillfällen men de glömdes bort eller ignorerades. När jag kl Till restaurangen vid stranden 19.55 så blev jag bemött med ”vi öppnar om 5 min”. Det hade varit enkelt att placera mig vid ett bord utan den kommentaren. Stort och lite opersonligt hotell. Aktivitetstavlan var inte uppdaterad så jag missade yogan. Att ta betalt för solsängar på ett 5* hotell är inte ok.

We were here for the second week of a two week Italian vacation. Resort was breathtaking. Well maintained and served our needs as we had hoped. Morning breakfast buffet is included and did not disappoint. Everything from smoothies plenty of fruit dairy and breads. Omelette station was very good. My only disappointment was the very overpriced dinner buffet. We stayed in one night and for $70 a person not including drinks the value received for the fee was poor at best. I would suggest anyone staying here to walk the 1 mile to the marina and pick one of the two excellent restaurants. We ate at Delia three times and for $60 we got a three course meal with desert and two drinks for $60. Much better value. Other than that this resort is outstanding.

Clean room, Federico who checked us in was nice. They have a good time for checkout. Main pool is nice spacious area and they have bar service coming round. I liked that they gave complimentary water everyday. Breakfast was a good spread and on until a decent time (10:30) Beach area is nice, what isn’t great is that they charge you to use the first two rows which are the nicer beds. Further back rows are free for hotel guests. You can’t put the umbrellas down either. It’s a shame someone didn’t explain the hotel or the activities available when we arrived. We discovered stuff along the way. They should do at check in or have something in the room. The rooms need more soundproofing. We could hear upstairs all night which kept us up - we had to tell reception to ask them to keep it down. Didn’t feel like they did - we then tried to call reception an hour later (early hours of the morning) and no one would pick up. You can hear your neighbours when they are in the shower as well. The spa needed some TLC and updating. A few parts in their pool didn’t work. The emotion room was emotionless, the sauna small and wood coming up, the steam room was the hottest one I’ve ever visited and large. My wife had a massage and said it was ok. Not worth the money.

The hotel is nice, remote, and room comfortable. Staff were nice. I paid for the spa package but it was wasted money because no spa appointments were available. Do not purchase the package. We got half board but had to pay for water! The dinner and breakfast was meh, my husband got sick, one morning I got the ham for breakfast but couldn’t eat because it was sticky/slimy. Would not get the half board. There are a lot of restaurants in town a 20 minute nice walk from hotel. Beach is a 10 minute walk from hotel with a golf cart shuttle.

The hotel is about a five-minute drive from Villasimius, 65 minutes from Cagliari Airport, and around 75 minutes from Cagliari itself. After turning off the main road at a roundabout, you drive down a short dirt track with signage for reception. Guests enter through a gate and park in front of the hotel. Check-in was straightforward — we arrived at 12:30, waited about 10 minutes, and were then upgraded. ⸻ First Impressions & Design The hotel’s interior design is questionable — the lobby furniture is mismatched, and the colour choices feel jarring rather than stylish. The terrace above the dining area offers pleasant views of the pool, however. ⸻ Room We stayed in Room 1011, a ground-level room with a terrace facing the inner courtyard. This can be noisy when other guests are on phone calls, as sound echoes. • Design: cupboard doors decorated in bright abstract green patterns (Sardinian weave style), and an unusual green-and-white ethnic-style headboard. • Beds: one double and one single. • Amenities: one small bottle of water per day (insufficient, especially with a coffee machine), four Nespresso capsules, glasses, and wine glasses. Storage space was good. • Bathroom: spacious, with two sinks, large shower, bidet, toiletries, and a window for ventilation. • Terrace: table and two chairs (both scratched and aged), sandy floor that wasn’t regularly swept. ⸻ Spa & Facilities The spa was disappointing. • Pool: seawater at 34°C, but many hydro-pressure points did not wor

This hotel is absolutely stunning! A wonderful trip! The breakfast was delicious and there are many options to cater all needs. The staff have excellent attention to detail and nothing is too much bother for them. Lovely reception staff who can order taxis, reserve tables in beautiful restaurants etc. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic staff. Excellent rooms, very clean, great facilities with the exception of a metal floor accent in the lobby and and loose metal wall coverings at foot level on the patio, one of which resulted in a foot injury to a member of our party.

Walk to beach, friendly staff, spacious room

Die Unterkunft ist toll. Sehr grosse Zimmer, Dusche alles gut. Wir hatten die Rückseite des Hotels, Gartensicht. Leider gab es in der Nacht oft Störungen mit Lärm. Der Parkplatz liegt auf dieser Seite. Cars mitten in der nacht die 15 min die Motoren laufen lassen. Auch hatten wir das Gefühl das unser Zimmer nach stark nach Raucher richte. Zi 3311. beim eintreten. Wir lüften viel daher fällt einem das nur beim betreten auf. Das Morgenessen ist fantastisch. Die Bedienung super toll und sehr nett. Die Umgebung, Meer alles wirklich Topp. Ich empfehle das Abendessen mit zu buchen denn egal wo du Essen willst, nach 14 Tagen bist Pleite und hast genug von pizza. Das Nachtessen vom Buffet im Nachhinein kostet 70€/Person. Das ist schlicht teurer als in Zürich. Die Preise allgemein waren nicht wie wir uns für Italien vorstellten. Wir haben unser Budget erhöht und genossen unsere Ferien. ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Property beautiful but definitely a 3-4 star. Lots of bugs in rooms. All the amenities of 5 star hotels not included. Food at all services not great. Beautiful beach! Myself and children did not like the hotel. Guest services did not know the area or restos - rarely there.

This was a wonderful experience all aroumd. Friendly staff and a cherished experience!
