Modern, well decorated and clean room with a fantastic rainfall shower and amenities included. Bright room with large TV with option to watch YouTube. Code system to access property door and room door - very simple and easy. Well signposted and very close to Ciampino train station and Ciampino Airlink bus stop.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. However the sound proofing was not good. We could hear the loud TV from the next room all night and also there were people talking on the outside. Not sure if they were arguing etc but the noise travlled inside the room too and did not let us sleep properly. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to ensure that the stay is as comfortable as possible.

The hotel was hard to find because it is located in the apartment building on the second floor,
We arrived after 8pm and were supposed to get an entrance code after the filling out the registration form on line.
We successfully filled out the registration form but didn’t receive the entrance code,
We called the customer service number and were notified that, that first, we would have to pay city taxes 6 euros.This was the first time that we’ve heard about it. No mention about city taxes in the reservation’s information.
The hotel was very clean, rooms were very clean as well . Our room was very small but had everything we needed. AC was working quite well.
Overall, our stay was good. We only stayed one night.

Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited.
Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out.
There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum charge at that time of night despite his taxi notice saying it was €9. Cannot argue when you have limited knowledge & language. We would probably get the shuttle into Rome next time & stay in a hotel nr Termini if we arrive late again.
We were dropped off on a back street & was pointed (loosely) to where the hotel was.
Self check in was ok once we found the entrance - instructions fairly easy to follow.
Room small but adequate for our needs. Perfectly clean as was the bathroom, though step into was high so a little risky when leaving if you forgot 🙈
Complimentary hot drinks was an added bonus though the vending machine for water (which we needed) was broken.
Young staff on duty the next morning were very helpful & polite.
The area looked very run down when we arrived so we didn’t venture for food which we were looking forward to.

Helt obemannat och lite opersonligt för mig. Hade problem med koden när jag kom sent på natten och var tvungen att ringa på hjälp. Tog lite tid, men ordnade sig. Rummet var rent och fräscht. Bra för en övernattning.

3 min walk to the airport link (bus by rail company) outside the train station, 1.2 euros cash, start 6:45am. Sign to hotel was clear. Check in instruction said 5pm reception close but receptionist seemed to stay until everyone is checked in. Very kind of her. Phone number provided said line does not work. It was monday night, all restaurants except one italian and one chinese were all closed. But for convenient to airport for an early flight, hotel is totally functional

Great location near the airport and lovely staff. The only downside is the walls in our room were paper thin and we could hear next door so loudly and clearly. The hotel provides pairs of foam earplugs in the room, but unfortunately with an early flight (and needing to wake up for an alarm) they didn't offer much support. We would stay again, but only if we could be guaranteed to have no neighbours.

Really good hotel. Coffee machine 24/7 in lobby and ok breakfast box. Big comfortable bed and nice shower. Only downside (and not the fault of the hotel) is that although it’s close to the airport, you can’t walk there and a taxi cost €25 and not many drivers want to actually go there as they’d rather take the fare to the city.
