The reception team wrote the wrong room number on my ticket if you this hotel you know it’s a night mare to drag your suitcase at 11pm across those endless carpeted hallways let along to find out you are in the wrong room and someone is screaming at you from the other side of the door I had to go all the way back to find a phone and call reception to correct that

Very convenient if you are flying from Terminal 1 (walk to the gates). If you are flying from Terminal 2, you will need to take a 5-minute airport shuttle bus ride that runs between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 every 15 minutes. It’s still convenient but there’s another hotel you may want to consider in Terminal 2 that is walking distance away from T2.

Arrived after long trip to find my room had an opening in the ceiling to pipes. They are doing renovations which is great for the property. I was understanding and they gave me another room. Same issue. Even the employees agreed this wasn’t correct. They told me go to dinner we will get you accommodated when you are done in a nice room. Coming back they said engineer fixed problem. Went upstairs a dirty mesh was put around the hole. I was too tired to move. Next day management contacts me by email to say this is how their rooms are and they are sorry I wasn’t satisfied. I was appalled that a hotel that I had stayed in before with this level of prestige would answer me like this. I’m very disappointed.

Arrived after long trip to find my room had an opening in the ceiling to pipes. They are doing renovations which is great for the property. I was understanding and they gave me another room. Same issue. Even the employees agreed this wasn’t correct. They told me go to dinner we will get you accommodated when you are done in a nice room. Coming back they said engineer fixed problem. Went upstairs a dirty mesh was put around the hole. I was too tired to move. Next day management contacts me by email to say this is how their rooms are and they are sorry I wasn’t satisfied. I was appalled that a hotel that I had stayed in before with this level of prestige would answer me like this. I’m very disappointed.
