The hotel was wonderful, the location was perfect, the room was lovely and clean, and the staff, especially the porters/bellman, was very kind and helpful. A great and memorable stay!

Love the water taxi drop off directly from the airport! This hotel is centrally located within Venice. The AC is so nice in the room and they offer water as well. It is also right across a gondola stop. What more can you ask for? Staff was great and room was very clean and spacious. Amazing hotel.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However, for the price point, the rooms were very outdated. I’ll start with the positive- the staff members were very nice and helpful. Location was amazing. Breakfast was just okay. Negative- how rundown the rooms are. The photos on their websites misrepresents the rooms. We had booked a queen bed- we got two twin beds attached together…. The bathtub was yellow. We requested them to change our rooms but they didn’t. We had stayed at StarHotel in Milan- and the standard is not comparable to this one. I expected more to be honest.

We had an great stay at Splendid Venice! It was right in the heart of the city near the plaza and wonderful restaurants. The concierge recommended places to eat- restaurants, gelato etc. and was especially helpful. Only slide note is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side so consider purchasing it with your room at the start or going nearby for affordability.

Stay was fine but not worth the price. Location is great though! Be aware that there is an optional 5% gratuity they add to the cost of the hotel bill. Seems like a rip off considering it’s not a high end hotel

We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Splendid was great—amazing customer service from start to finish, with staff who truly cared about making our trip special. The location couldn’t be better—right between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, so we could walk everywhere. Charming, comfortable rooms and a true Venetian atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Le restaurant le soir est très pratique ainsi que la position de l'hôtel qui est en même temps proche de San Marco et du Rialto. Chambres un peu petites à mon gout.

Love the water taxi drop off directly from the airport! This hotel is centrally located within Venice. The AC is so nice in the room and they offer water as well. It is also right across a gondola stop. What more can you ask for? Staff was great and room was very clean and spacious. Amazing hotel.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However, for the price point, the rooms were very outdated. I’ll start with the positive- the staff members were very nice and helpful. Location was amazing. Breakfast was just okay. Negative- how rundown the rooms are. The photos on their websites misrepresents the rooms. We had booked a queen bed- we got two twin beds attached together…. The bathtub was yellow. We requested them to change our rooms but they didn’t. We had stayed at StarHotel in Milan- and the standard is not comparable to this one. I expected more to be honest.

We had an great stay at Splendid Venice! It was right in the heart of the city near the plaza and wonderful restaurants. The concierge recommended places to eat- restaurants, gelato etc. and was especially helpful. Only slide note is that breakfast is a bit on the pricey side so consider purchasing it with your room at the start or going nearby for affordability.

Didn’t receive the VIP Amenities. Breakfast wasn’t great. Selection choices were limited. We stayed on 4th floor & the WiFi connection was very poor

Stay was fine but not worth the price. Location is great though! Be aware that there is an optional 5% gratuity they add to the cost of the hotel bill. Seems like a rip off considering it’s not a high end hotel

We loved our charming rooms at Splendid. We had two adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family of four with teens. The staff are all super friendly and the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Splendid was great—amazing customer service from start to finish, with staff who truly cared about making our trip special. The location couldn’t be better—right between Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, so we could walk everywhere. Charming, comfortable rooms and a true Venetian atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This hotel was great. I loved the location, and design and the staff of the hotel. The shops were at our fingertips and St. Marks Square was minutes away. Breakfast was very good and they also have a bar terrace
