Greta 4 nights to begin our tour of Italy. Service here is wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms are huge by European standard with over sized king beds. The location is good for short cab rides to the train station or city center. Not much around as far as walking but there is an STK steakhouse across the street we enjoyed and the restaurant/ bar in the hotel is beautiful and has good food, which is nice after a long day out sight seeing.

Hotel need to update their rooms and it is dirty.

There is bad maintenance in the hotel. Walls with mildew. scrached and dirty walls dirty cloth in chairs. In the room. Was given a room with view to a dirty inside wall. Not to mention no hot water in the shower, had to call front desk For a hotel with the word “Palace” in its name it leaves out a lot to deliver

Perfect hotel and perfect customer service

Incredible experience at the Westin Rome. Stayed with my family. Room was very large, compared to other European rooms. Staff was so lovely. Overall 10/10 experience! Upstairs rooftop patio was beautiful!

The service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and wanted to just drop off our suitcases. Within 1 hour, our room was ready and it was perfect because we were all jet lagged and needed a nap. Room service was done every time we came back and we came back each day ant different times. The attentiveness was impressing. Every drink in the room was complimentary and room service offered to refill them each night. We loved and enjoyed the amenities inside the hotel especially the gym. We felt welcomed by the entire staff every day and night. Great coffee and cappuccino. This would’ve been my 5 star review but here are my turn offs: *the room was uncontrollably dusty. We had to wipe screens on our iPads and iPhones every morning because it was covered in dust from being on the desks and table. I had to buy allergy medicine because I’m allergic to dust. *the room temperature was uncomfortably warm at times. We went to Milan during the heat wave and the room climate control does not go lower than 16C. *during the 3rd day of our stay, we came back to the hotel and our water was brown in the sink and shower. We had to run the water for awhile and the color changed back. The next time I’m in Milan, I will research on if my turn offs are common in hotels in Milan. If so, I will give this hotel another chance in the future.

the smill is very bad in the hotel and hotel is not clean

I am a Marriot Bonvoy platinum elite. The AC on our room didn't work from the start. We talked to the concierge 3 different times about the AC. We stayed for 5 days. On the last day we were really upset because of the situation. The manager gave us like $120 Euro credit which for a 5 start hotel is nothing. Beautiful hotel, Beautiful city however that ruined it for us since it was really hot during that time.

It's beautiful hotel but unfortunately we were without air conditioning for two of the three dys we stayed there.

Staff were mostly rude. We have been overcharged since our check out by approx £300, despite us telling the receptionist that we did not have any room service or bar food as had been charged to our room. We now have the drama of having to claim this money back from overseas. Terrible behaviour

部屋も清潔でベットもとても寝やすかったです。トイレットペーパーがガサガサでウォシュレットが無いのが残念ですがとても良いホテルでした。朝食ブッフェがとても良かったです。 電源コンセントが一部不良でした。バスタブのドレンスイッチが固くて女性では回せなかったです。
