Nice hotel

Our stay was simply amazing hotel and staff were great!

The staff were outstanding; very friendly, helpful and attentive. Room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to Padre Pio basilica and restaurants.

The staff in this hotel are remarkably rude, particularly the staff in the dining area, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They roll their eyes at you with basic requests, and they speak about your request audibly and within hearing distance of you to the other staff, roasting you for your requests. It's really a bit cartoonish and very primitive, most certainly not expected and not appropriate. In addition, as they begin breakfast at 730 or so, you will be awakened, as they bang the espresso portafilter against a desk loudly after making each shot. This can easily be heard in the rooms near the kitchen, even with the windows closed. There are quieter ways to manage an espresso portafilter than this. Once again with noise, the elevator chimes very loudly, and the chime when the elevator arrives at each floor can easily be heard within the rooms adjacent to the elevator (and many rooms are close as there are not many rooms on each floor), with the door to the room closed. This chime could be turned off, but obviously has not been. You get 1 room key, even though rooms have three beds. This is of course to ensure you use no electricity when out of the room, but if you are traveling as a group, and one person returns to the room before others, you will have to stop at reception to have them let you in. They often become QUITE irritable with this.

Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Waiters were very nice. Excellent location. Easy and free parking.

Best location, take the stairs (or use the elevator) walk 100m and you are at the Padre Pio ”area”, parking included, strong aircon a important feature when it’s 32 deg outside, good breakfast but dinner was fairly basic, we where the only guest when we can but some more came after us.

The list inaccurate. The listing state the hotel has laundry facilities & laundry services but has neither. Very misleading and disappointing. We choose this hotel for the laundry facilities. Terrible. You need to have this changes ASAP.

Very good

The hotel was in a great location, and it was very easy to walk to all of the places. The hotel staff, specifically Domenico, was very helpful with barking. I was a little stressed about the parking and he came right out and helped me. He then came out again to check on us. The parking is easy just make sure you enter in the right direction. The restaurant was very nice and the rooms are very good.

My adult daughter and I went to visit St. Padre Pio. This hotel was very close to his churches. Super close, which was great. It was challenging to go up & down the stairs to get to and from the hotel with our suitcases, but as we left I think I saw an outdoor elevator! There was a bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel which I didn’t know. I got off like a half hour walk away in San Giovanni Rotundo. Totally my fault, I never thought to look into which stop to get off. The fellow at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He wrote out how to ask for a bus ticket in Italian from the bar across the street. He was great. They offer a boxed breakfast for us since we were leaving super early to take a bus to Foggia so we could then continue our trip by train. I must say I loved being in a hotel so I didn’t have to take my garbage out like at the air bnbs we stayed at. It’s not a huge deal, but when you are stressed about catching public transportation, it adds another thing to figure out.

We had a one night stay and the hotel and staff were excellent. Very close to the basilica and convenient. The breakfast was the best we had for our several week trip throughout Italy.

It was next to the Sanctuary we were visiting.

The property is so close to the restaurant and Padre Pio church. Will definitely come back and recommend this place.
