Feels like we went to Florida for a while. We survived the Hilton RH!

The staff was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and very professional. The hotel was always clean and safe. We had a pool view, but still a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Spa was terrific, as were the pools and beach. The bars were top notch. Food was hit or miss. I would recommend adding a couple of additional restaurants to accommodate the number of guests.

Very good resort, clean, good staff.

I like that everything was really close together instead of it being far away when you have to take a trolley or golf cart to and from the front or back of the resort, so it was really nice and convenient

Tres propre, bon service. Le parc aquatique est parfait si vous voyagez avec des enfants. Il manque de meuble dans la chambre. Pas de commode pour poser les valises, une seule chaise pour 4 personnes dans la chambre. Belle expérience dans l'ensemble.

The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room downstairs.. I would also like to acknowledge Jermaine that works at the bell desk.. these individuals made my vacation extremely special.. thanks to all of you

Great stay, great food, great activities. Everything was clean and staff was kind. Taxis were easily accesible to travel to Strip and anywhere else.

I love the aesthetic and amenities. Food was great. The room was nice as well. Check in wasn’t very pleasant though took very long and the room took time to be ready

Staff is great! Property is excellent, there is a lot to do to keep families busy and entertained.

Would have liked to have more entertainment options and also the buffet needed more variety on the Thursday night

Just pathetic how dirty and old and moldy this place is and the money they want for no service and construction thing but noise

Overall my time at the Hilton in Montego Bay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

The food was excellent, especially the Jamaican dishes. Staff was very friendly. This resort should be rated higher!

It was nice. But they can improve on updating and renovating rooms a little

Beautiful property but it could be updated and the service is just ok. I would recommend this for families and couples who don’t need too much entertainment. Overall i think this is a good resort.

I absolutely had an amazing time here. It is definitely not a party resort so don’t come here looking for that. But my purpose was to relax and I did just that. As a jamaican myself, I loved the food and the service was stellar. 10/10

Group trip with some of our party arriving 1-2 days prior. My son & I arrived at 1pm, was given wristbands & told to utilize the grounds/facilities until our room was ready; check-in wasn't til 4pm, but to come back in an hour. Well 5 trips to & from the frontdesk, & almost 5 hours later, we finally were given room keys at mintues to 6pm. In between that time, there was a power outage making it impossible to be able to charge our phones to reach out to our family who were already present at the resort, the elevators were not functional, and there was no running water as the bathroom sinks and toilets are on sensors. After we watched people arrive AFTER we and be allowed to fully check-in and be provided room keys, enough was enough and I asked for the frontdesk supervisor and reached out to Expedia Cust Svc via Chat and explained what was transpiring. They also were no help as they claimed to call the resort and got no answer, and they could not assist any further. My options were to cancel the room and be w/o any accommodations or just wait and see what happens. I'm not the person to complain about minute things & totally understand we arrived early, however to not be provided a room until almost 2 hours AFTER 4pm AND to personally observe the population that was granted check-in privileges AND their room keys I was rightfully infuriated. There was ZERO logical reason, and we were placated with late check-out and measly resort credit. Not at all worth the per night cost.
