Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere

Was an ok experience

This room needs proper cleaning and better bedding. The sheets and towels were old and worn out, and the bathroom was a disgrace. Inside the room smells like a hospital, the furniture was old, the drawers were a challenge to get opened and the AC was not working well, especially at night. We had no wifi for the entire stay and worst of all, it was like a scavenger hunt to find the room. I was very dissappinted. The property has a beautiful view of the ocean and its close enought to the town, nice staff, clean surroundings but they need to work on the interiors.

Ich und meine bekannte mit der ich in der Unterkunft gewesen bin , können diese nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir haben erstmal 1.5 stunden gebracht um diese Wohnung zu finden, da es dort unterschiedliche Wohnungen gibt. Sicherheitspersonal war unfreundlich und wollte uns erst garnicht weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht nicht den schönen Bildern . Die Küche bricht aus allen Ecken auseinander. Es ist zudem alles nicht sauber. Herdplatte kann man nur mit Gas anmachen. Grosse Armeisen laufen durch die Wohnung. Auf der Bettwäsche waren flecken drauf , Disco Lärm geht bis in die Nacht hinein und die Klima ist auch ständig ausgefallen . Am liebsten wäre ich wieder gefahren , aber leider war es Zeitlich zu spät. Diese Unterkunft ist das Geld leider überhaupt nicht wert.

The location is good besides it’s hills of hills to walk up. The cleaning was ok inside needs some work but it’s worth what I paid for. I didn’t like the fact it had no iron but an ironing board, the power went out for 8hrs no one said nothing then the next day the wifi went out for 2 days. The shower needs to be tightened soon as u turn it on the knobs look like it’s about to fall off

The room was not prepared to accommodate visitors. The toilet had faeces in it, which indicated to me that the bathroom had not been cleaned. When we entered the room, it was overflowing with mosquitoes. The bedsheets felt dusty and there was a vase on a table that was breeding mosquito larvae. All indicating to me that this room, had not been cleaned and certainly had not been sanitized in preparation for guests.

I DIDNT ACTUALLY STAY WHERE I BOOKED. IN WAS PLACED AT FISHERMEN'S DOWN THE STREET AND IT WASNT A GOOD EXPERICE BECAUSE IT WASNT WHAT I BOOKED. ALSO I STAYED AT FISHERMEN BEFORE AND DIDNT LIKE IT THE FIRST TIME.THEY STAFFS ARE GREAT S THEY TRIED TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT I WAS ALREADY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION OF NOT GETTING WHAT I BOOKED FOR.

Cleaning, staff communication, health, & overall comfort of the rooms where bellow standard at Fisherman's Point (Apartments). We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. Even now at 9:10 am I am at the front desk of the complex and no one is here to confirm my check-out or bill ( even though we had to pay to stay at a totally diffrent location last night for $189 USD plus Tax & Taxi.) I came back check-out. Sure each individial Apt./Condo is diffrent based on the owner, but the Mngt staff here clearly lacks the organization, communication, dedication, or hospitality skillset to help make anyone have a positive experience in my humble opion Ma'am/Sir! -Mike C.

Having the ability to cook whatever i wanted was a plus, rather than go out to get food I didnt like that the door to my patio wouldn't close properly after i had opened it

It was difficult to find the apartment. The guard just said go up the hill.

No power from around 1am until check out, no access to wifi or tv, place was ants infested towels were of very poor quality.

Please let the guard give better directions to the rooms. Up the hill doesnt cut it

Loved the area, in the heart of Ocho Rios. However, Sky Castles was not well maintained and the furniture was VERY dated. The kitchen and bath was also dated. The scenary was great and the staff was wonderful.

Did not get to go to skype's Castle they give me a room by fisherman point. They said that something was wrong with the room at sky castle. So I do not know much about skycastle cuz I never been there.

Skycastles was a fair choice for a 2-day staycation. The property is older and some of the elements definitely need an upgrade. The air conditioning remote in the first room we were checked-in to was not working, so we couldn't turn it on. The front desk quickly swapped us to a new room. The air conditioning in the second room only kind of cooled the room, and the water in the bathroom only got to lukewarm. However, the rooms were clean and the customer service was good.

Let me preface this by saying I did not stay in the hotel. Like many others I experienced issues trying to check in and eventually just gave up and left. I booked the hotel the day prior as my travel circumstances changed. When I showed up to the hotel they told me that they did not have my reservation on file. I showed the woman at the front desk who had an attitude problem from the beginning my expedia confirmation. She asked a gentleman to assist me. He apologized and told me my room would be ready in the next 30 minutes and asked me to wait. Now it was 4pm at the time so why I would have to wait when check in starts at 3pm is confusing to me, but i did as he asked and just waited. An hour passed and no one said anything to me. Didn't offer me water, didn't say it would be just a few minutes, nothing. I went back to the desk to speak with the girl with attitude problem and she says they can't find my reservation and I would need to email someone a copy. So I've sat here for an hour waiting on a room that wasn't even confirmed? What a waste of time! I must add that during this time the gentleman who assured me my room would be ready walks by with his things and leaves for the day. Also another woman arrives and she can't check in either and is told to wait. Guests who were actually staying at the hotel were coming in left and right complaining they had no towels and room service had not cleaned their room. I left. Can only imagine what the rooms are like!

Nice place but need better maintenance. Reception and check in need to be at the same property. Overall the general service and accommodation need improvement to capitalize on this unique property which is second to none I have seen so far.
