This was a great place to stay, people were nice love the pool, nice staff, the only problem was my air conditioner in room was not that cool. I will use this over and over again

The room was clean with a pleasant view of the local commumity, unfortunately the towel rail fell off the wall.
Staff members were pleasant, helpfull and went above and beyond duty to assist the seniors.
Meals were well prepared, generous and presented as requested.

It would be be a great weekend stay if they cleaned the room at least once. 4 days and nothing was cleaned. When asked for towels we got dirty ones that still had the tags on them.

This place was OK. It was very cheap so it was caused efficient but there’s a lot of things that could be worked on when I visited. They’re supposed to have like a snack area, but none of the snacks were stocked up so I had to do a lot of orders for food, which is not no problem, but it would be nice if that’s what the place offers for them to have it the first room that I went to the AC wasn’t working, but the staff was helpful and accommodated me to another room, but I feel like the sheets weren’t cleaned. There was stains on the toilet, etc.. The TVs weren’t working couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Couldn’t enjoy television at the least but honestly, it was OK for where it was. If you don’t mind the hotel, you just need somewhere to lay your head. It’s not a bad place at all. I barely saw any bugs. She’s probably little ants here and there, but that’s typical in Jamaica.

The property is beautifully set on the hillside the grounds are well and beautifully maintained with a lot of flora very relaxing and comfortable,staff were friendly the only problem was lack of WIFI which didn’t work in the rooms and barely worked outside but I understand this is because the internet is still unstable due to the damage the hurricane caused
.It is not far from the town centre a local taxi ride away so shops are available nearby. overall it was a nice experience at a reasonable price

We had a quick overnight stay, the kids enjoyed the pool but no food delivery would come to the place and there wasn’t anything within walking distance with kids in tow. The rooms weren’t great but for the price it was just as expected

I overnighted from Kingston to fly out from Mobay Airport the next morning. When I arrived at the stay at 11pm, there was a guard who was very helpful and willing in helping me carry my heavy luggage down one flight of stairs as that’s the room I was assigned to. The first room he brought me to had a big gecko running around the wall (meaning the room isn’t properly sealed) and I was like NOPE, so he willingly volunteered me an alternative room which was okay. It had 3 beds, well made, WiFi which didn’t work and a TV which required WiFi to be useful (no cable). I had to turn off the AC because it was SUPER noisy, idk how the man — who escorted me there and turned it on — missed that, but fortunately it was a cool night so I didn’t really need the AC per se.
The following morning I left and asked for help with my luggage — which I wouldn’t need if they had an elevator — but was advised I’d “have to tip them for helping”, to me that should be a basic curtesy because there is no elevator and guests will have heavy luggage. Other than that it was not terrible but the fact that I was told I had to tip for a basic curtesy was a turn off. Don’t ask for tips… allow guests to volunteer them.

The room was clean and my son enjoyed the pool. Also the amenities were good. The location was scenic - on the side of a hill with a good view. However, the staff could try to be a little friendlier - that was the only thing lacking.
