Hotel MILDOM Express

The hotel met my expectations for what I paid. It was clean, air condition worked well, and mattress was comfortable. A mall with big supermarket inside was nearby. Dana, Front Desk Staff, was incredible and the only one who cared and communicated in English. Dana was helpful and I thank her for her thoughtfulness.

Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

it was very close to the mega mall but people were shouting at night and it wasnt really clean

Locate nearby shopping mall, walking street 20 mins away. Good location. Room size quite small. Clean and safe.

The most terrible Hotel.. I ever stayed in .. it happened, that is the only choice ( bad night .. bad luck) .. please never try .. better to stay at road .. I FEEL SORRY FOR MY SELF ..

A good hotel overall, although the hotel occupies just one floor of a rather old building. Those who have stayed there before know that there are noisy rooms, facing the road, and quiet rooms facing the backyard. My room was the noisy one, but since I use quality earplugs overnight, it wasn't a nuisance for me. The room was of a reasonable size, clean and with wi-fi. Breakfast is delivered to the room at the requested time.

It was a nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to many things.

This is a nice hotel, whilst I was there it was going through renovations. It has a gym, large pool with several spas, saunas and steam rooms. This was nice however the facilities in the lower ground floor lacked a bit of decor. The room was small but clean and in general good value for money especially if you use the pool and other facilities.

The room was really clean and everything seemed new (nothing broken, chipped, scratched). Breakfast is served in the room, but I'm not sure how you get it because hotel staff are not always available in the morning. Maybe they're busy? I left my door open one morning and they brought me breakfast (eggs, toast, pastry, juice--no choice for this), but that didn't work on another day. My russian is terrible, so maybe it was just miscommunication. I found a mostly dead cockroach on the bathroom floor one morning. I'm not sure where it came from. The shower had really hot water (plus? minus?), but it took a while to adjust it to something I could shower with. The hotel has hourly rates, so a full day is 24 hours. You can check out 24 hours after you checked in, which can be helpful if you want a late check out. The furniture other than the bed and bedside tables is a tiny table with two stools, which is limited if you want to do any work at a desk/table. The hotel is located near Mega Park, a big mall which is very helpful. I was charged 3500 tg by the taxi bringing me from the airport, but the info on Expedia said 3000. Good internet speed.
