Good food for a good price. Staff are amazing

Nice food

This is a generally good hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. It's a hotel that has a lot of room if you're going to be meeting with someone... Great to grab a little table and have a visit. There were two issues that kept me from giving a better review. I asked repeatedly if they could fix the TV which didn't work and clear the clog in the bathroom sink, which they never did.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The one thing I wish they would have done differently was lock my room when they finished cleaning. Nothing was missing. But my dad always said you must help the honest person stay honest.

Staff not supportive. Expecially at reception. At dining theybwere busy with parties and could not attend to individuals. Noisy parties

The only good thing was food. The room was infested with mosquitoes. The floor in the living /bedroom area was wooden and there were missing pieces of wood at several locations. These empty spaces were filled with dust/ soil. The bathroom water does not drain properly as you took a shower and thereafter, there was a puddle of water that took hours to drain due to poor engineering/construction of the bathroom/shower area. As a result two people could not take a shower after one another otherwise you would step in the previous person’s shower water pooled in the shower. The housekeeping is terrible; they did not clean the shower or the floors and it’s evident. Once the pooled dirty soapy water dried out, you could see marks in the shower floor even after housekeeping attended your room. I almost slipped on the floor the first day I used the shower which was evidence of dirty/soapy condition. The hotel is near St Mary’s primary school; during the day it’s pretty noisy and during the night there was drilling noise during construction at this hotel site. The Wi-Fi was lawful, interruptions and very slow service n the afternoon. The intent of my stay was to get some work done while my in vacation. I should have stayed with my family. Horrible experience and would not recommend anyone to stay.

The general manager Peter complained to me as to how the percentage the hotel got from expedia was so low. I was placed in a room with no hot water, there is construction going on next door all day and a gym that is open and busy since 6am till late at night which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. However, the staff is friendly although the meals at the restaurant take almost an hour to be served no matter how simple the order. Overall, unless the attention to our rooming situation changes drastically (which by the way have waited for hours to get it “sorted out”) then I would not recommend staying here.

Staff were friendly and service was great. And food was good, we recommend this place.

The price was showing Plus break fast but reaching there I had to pay out of pocket.

The food was good. Rooms are clean. Service staff is friendly.

Good local hotel, not fancy but definitely worth the money for the area and amenities. I'd stay here again if my only other nearby options were almost $60 more expensive (as they were), and the food was pretty good. Area is cool so no need for a fan or AC, but definitely was annoyed by the fact that the windows didn't shut so I got bitten by a few mosquitos until I put repellent on.

My stay overall was pleasant. I would however, recommend that each room is provided with insect spray to be used at night. The electric tablet burner did not seem to make a difference.

SportsView was a wonderful place to stay with attentive staff, secure and clean facilities, good food and good value for my dollar. Large campus with many amenities. Uber access, close to mall and USIU.

The place is Good but needs some touch in terms of maintenance. Toilets do not flush properly .

Quite terrible hotel. The hotel needs renovation. The staff was nice but few of them were totally lost about their duties. Check in was a mess and they lost our landry and it was found later after hard searching. There is no iron in a hotel. The pool is occupied locals who are coming there with their kids to spend time. So no free sunbeds. No pool towels. The prices in a hotel restaurant was reasonable but you had to wait your food at least 1 hour. Hotel should improve their service level.
