Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille à l'hôtel Tangier Al Houara. Les repas sont très bons, les buffets variés et pour tous les goûts. Le personnel aux petits soins pour nous et notre fils de 2 ans, que ce soit au restaurant, autour de la piscine ou au kids club. L'hôtel est très adapté aux enfants, il y a plein de jeux extérieurs, une piscine enfants et un kids club où il est possible de laisser son enfant (à partir de 4 ans seul, sinon accompagné) avec plein de jeux et d'activités ! Navette gratuite tous les jours à 10H pour aller à Tanger et sortir un peu de l'hôtel, pratique lors de mauvais temps. Le seul point à revoir était que nous n'avions que 2 petites bouteilles (33cl) d'eau par jour dans la chambre, compliqué pour 3 personnes ! Mais nous en demandions en plus sans pb, et à la fin de notre séjour, des fontaines à eau étaient installées dans les couloirs, beaucoup plus écologique !!!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Tangier Al Houara Resort & Spa and overall had a lovely experience. The resort is undeniably beautiful — from the well-maintained grounds to the clean and stylish interiors, everything felt inviting and peaceful. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Our double bedroom was comfortable and tidy, but we did run into a recurring issue with the bathroom. The shower area had a flat floor with no proper incline or separation, which caused water to flow out and flood the toilet area every time we showered. It’s a design flaw that really affected the convenience of the space and definitely something that could use improvement. On a more positive note, the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Their friendliness truly enhanced our stay and made us feel welcome. One aspect that disappointed me was the limited coffee options. The only choice available was Starbucks, which felt out of place in such a luxurious setting — not to mention problematic, given current boycott concerns. A broader selection of coffee choices, including local or independent alternatives, would be a meaningful and much-appreciated addition. All in all, Hilton Tangier Al Houara has a lot going for it — stunning surroundings, a high standard of cleanliness, and excellent staff. With a few adjustments, especially in the bathroom design and food/beverage offerings, it could easily reach the next level.

Great family resort with top service

The dining at l’Oliver was not good. The food quality was not good and the service was not up to par. The price was too much for what we got. The concierge and private drivers were amazing, and made the stay worth it. The tours themselves were really good

Incredible beach and many activities available. Lovely buffet breakfast. Property itself is beautiful and feels like a luxury stay but the service provided is not consistent with that feeling Issues with checking in where tried to change rooms and willing to pay difference but kept being told could switch to suite. Hotel website as well as 2 other 3rd party sites had multiples of the room available. Friend in our group - her parents had make all the room bookings and her name listed on room but they would not allow her to check into room until whole party that had booked arrived. Missing bath towels from the room and took 1 hour to be delivered and room was located next to supply room. At fine dining restaurant, they forgot some of our orders. Never acknowledged they forgot. Told us it was ready and waited almost and hour for it to arrive and then when asked to cancel order as now 11pm they refused and said it was ready. Provided tea to “make up” for delay.

The staff at this establishment are simply great, I had a friendly smile from everyone at all times, it is modern 5star hotel with great pool complex, it is a little outside of the centre of Tangier itself but I found that to be a bonus, as it was a relaxing refuge to the hustle and bustle of the city, would definitely recommend it

El hotel es muy lindo, solo que si tienes actividades en la ciudad debes tomar en cuanta que es lejos y que te llevará por lo menos media hora llegar al centro.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag of exceptional luxury and frustrating isolation. The hotel itself is stunning, boasting exquisite design and top-notch amenities. The service was impeccable; every staff member was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist with any request. It truly felt like a premium experience inside the hotel's walls. However, the significant drawback was its remote location. Situated far from the city center, getting around proved to be a major inconvenience. The hotel's transportation service was the only viable option, as taxis were virtually non-existent in the area. This service was not only excessively expensive—charging nearly double what a regular taxi would cost—but also incredibly slow, with wait times frequently stretching up to an hour. Additionally, the hotel's surroundings were desolate, lacking any local shops, kiosks, or restaurants. To truly experience the vibrant culture and flavors of Morocco, a trip to Tangier city was essential. While the hotel offered a luxurious escape, its isolation made it difficult to immerse oneself in the local environment, which significantly detracted from the overall experience.

La habitación es muy cómoda, las instalaciones muy chulas y el spa es genial

Goeie service. Personeel is zeer hulpvaardig. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, avond buffet wat redelijk. Helaas geen tandenborstel is de kamer. En waterflessen in de kamer zijn klein.

Very nice and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and there were a lot of breakfast variety.

Overall a good property just needs to do better with their landline…it’s hard to get ahold of reception.
