Derand Hotel

No warm water in the morning, we had a suite. Terrible!

Property was fantastic. Rooftop is a plus!

All fine, the hotel is quite new, rooms are big, it is clean and tidy.

They promised a included breakfast when I booked, but when we arrived they said they no longer serve breakfast. They refunded 15€ and we were supposed to have 3 breakfasts for 4 peole during our stay. To me this sounds ridiculous.

they say, don't judge a book by the cover, well this was a great example of that. Hotel looks great on photos.... and the rooms are, however, the place is a construction site, gym, spa and parking still under construction... The restaurant was pretty poor in every sense, from the waiter’s professionalism level to the food quality, the breakfast buffet was a sham, except the hometel the chef made me, and to finish with a waiter chasing me to pay for a coffee that was not included in the buffet after paying 153€ a night with breakfast included…. If you’re planning to sleep before 1AM, good luck ! there is a night club on the 20th floor and vibrates the whole hotel, and the elevators are a joke!! They must be form Temu, they take ages to arrive, to find that they are super extra small and will be fully packed with people going up and down from the night club…. (during the evening) they glitch and do weird stuff also. When I checked in, I was given a Deluxe room on the 20th floor, to my surprise, when I opened the door there was people in bed watching TV! Also, not sure about the clientele in the nightclub, but it looked a bit suspicious to me, having a lot of luxury cars line Bentleys, Mercedes G class, Porsche’s and high-end Audi’s everywhere, and all were gone by morning, not what you would expect on city like this in Kosovo…. In conclusion, this is not a hotel in my view, it’s a “nightclub” with rooms. I ran as far as I could in the morning and found another hotel

Hotel and room was super nice. I had comfy sleep on the bed. Staffs were very very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Everything i really enjoyed.

I love this hotel and when I go back to Kosovo I am planning to book again with them... Staff was super nice and they helped us with everything that we needed. The restaurants were so delicious. Thank you so much for great service

Das Hotel hat freundliches Personal! Auf den ersten Blick ist alles super. Teilweise sind noch nicht alle Bereiche fertig. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein.

Generell hat uns sehr gefallen. Personal sehr nett, sehr gutes empfang, sehr schöne Hotel und Unterkunft. gern wieder und sehr empfehlungswert.
