Golden Hotel

A decent small hotel not far from city centre. Pleasant staff and good, clean rooms. Sounds of nature, birdsong, wakes you, which is very refreshing. Not so refreshing is the proximity to a main route into town and near a hospital, so traffic and sirens audible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained — I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location. There were a couple of small issues worth noting: the bathroom had a minor leak that could use some attention, and the breakfast, while decent, was a bit limited and served on the colder side. Despite those details, I still enjoyed my stay and would happily return. With a few small improvements, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

My cousin and I stayed at Golden Hotel with Kristi Sinatra for an entire week, and our experience was excellent. From the very beginning, we were impressed by how friendly, welcoming, and helpful the staff were in every situation. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was included each morning, and it truly exceeded our expectations—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. We also loved spending time on the outdoor patio, which had a warm and relaxing vacation atmosphere right in the heart of Prishtina. We are extremely grateful to the staff for their outstanding hospitality and genuine care. This hotel made our stay unforgettable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prishtina.

Hotel staff are very nice and very good at apologising. The aircon didnt work at all, the safe didnt work at all, the wifi didn't work in our room. And was fairly bad near reception. It was a really uncomfortable stay. Nothing was offered to alleviate the heat in the room. The breakfast was very basic. No choice , no cereal, no yoghurt. The bread was delicious but its unacceptable in a 4 star hotel. Only apology no action taken . We left feeling tired and very disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel.

En general muy bien, La recepcionista estaba ocupada y no nos dio clave de wifi, no supo clave de la caja de seguridad y no comentó nada del desayuno No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación La clave de wifi es Goldenhotel, está bien ubicado y el desayuno está muy completo, solo les falló un poco la atención pero es muy recomendable

The room was beautiful, very unexpected for this price. However the refrigerator didn't work and the shower was missing the glass door so water got all over the floor while showering. But again, for this price it was an amazing room and value.

We encountered a few incidents with this property but they were quickly addressed. We got unlucky with the air conditioning that stopped working but otherwise the owner was extremely friendly and reasonable.

Room was specious but the bathroom was covered by glass. Also, carpet was smelling very bad. But the bed was comfortable and also breakfast was good.

Für den Preis ein super Hotel. Sehr nette Angestellte. Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

The receptionist were not very helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days

Small hotel in a very good location. With good Wi-Fi and parking. Staff is very helpful and professional. Hotel could do with some improvements in regard to room comfort and functionality.Ou r overall staying experience here was good and yes we would recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel war sehr Sauber, die leute waren sehr Freundlich u d es liegt an einem sehr gutem Ort, wo man alles erreichen kann, zu fuss oder mit dem Auto. Sehr empfehlenswert und immer wieder gerne.

I went to check into this hotel but was told there was an issue and they were moving me to another. I asked if it was still city central as that was the reason I booked this one and was told yes, 5 mins closer. That wasn’t true as it was actually 3 miles further away. That then meant I had to get taxis each time I wanted to go out. Very disappointed in the whole process.

Very serviceminded front desk. The room was big and nice. Not too impressive breakfast, but I did't starve :-)
