Le Palais Juliana Hotel

Les chambres sont joliment décorées. En revanche l’hôtel est globalement moyennement entretenu. Mais ceci est compensé par la gentillesse du personnel. Les deux inconvénients pour moi : - l’hôtel est loin du centre - la salle de sport est très vétuste et sans climatisation

Palais Juliana is a bit faraway from the city center. More a business than a vacation place. The hotel could use some renovation. Limited dining services. Transfer included from and to the airport is convenient, as well as the possibility of a free shuttle around Luang Prabang.

I would give a four or five stars, if they can keep up with the cleanliness of the property.the rooms are clean but the outside have so much dust, I feel that the owners need to hire more help, since labor is very cheap to keep the pool clean and the hallway clean. I have no complaints with the staff, the location of the hotel is very nice, the hotel itself is very pretty, only the upkeep is not very good.

A short ride into town with hotel shuttle, and the grounds were beautifully lush and tropical. Beautiful large swimming pool.

Beautiful setting, large pool in a huge garden. Very friendly service. Short ride to town centre, free shuttle, though taxi is cheap enough. Very peaceful and comfortable.

外観の手入れは行き届いていますが、シャワールームのガラス扉の立て付けや裏庭の手入れなど細かい部分に粗が有ります。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで一生懸命です。町中まで無料のシャトルバスが1日4回位有ります。空港への送迎は20ドルでした。

We absolutely loved our stay at Le Palais Juliana. It was truly a special place, an oasis in the tropics. The staff were incredibly helpful and they were all at our service; they arranged everything for us and went above and beyond what was expected from them. The room was incredibly beautiful and impeccably clean. They also have a garden at the back where they grow their own vegetables organically - the food was really tasty; I especially loved the pad thai. The hotel itself is very, very beautiful - I loved the ponds with beautiful water lilies and lotus flowers growing on them, the decors that highlight the culture of Indochina, and the way they designed everything was truly on point. The pool was also really big - it was perhaps the biggest we've ever encountered during our 3-month trip. I highly, highly recommend Le Palais Juliana and would absolutely stay here should we go back to Luang Prabang.

We had a relaxing and very enjoyable time at this resort. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent communication and assistance provided. The pool area was fantastic and most relaxing. The restaurant was great. Excellent breakfasts and we had a relaxing dinner one night. 5km from town centre, but regular free shuttles go which is helpful or you can use the bicycles which was fun. Highly recommend this place.

Deuxième séjour, le précédent en 2018. L'établissement comprend 2 parties dont l'une "en dur" avec des chambres confortables avec balcon autour de la piscine et l'autre sous forme d'habitat LAO traditionnel avec bungalows en bois sur pilotis au sein d'une zone humide riche en nénuphars et fleurs de lotus. Les bungalows ont beaucoup de charme et peu d'inconvénient. Les "communs" de l'hôtel sont agréables , meublés avec goût. La piscine est vaste et également très agréable. Il y a une pièce "fitness" proche de la piscine. Le tout est construit au milieu d'un grand parc paysager qui fait une partie supplémentaire son charme. L'ensemble est très propre; les repas et les petit déjeuners sont de bonne qualité. Le personnel, quoique parfois distrait comme souvent au LAOS est très serviable et accueillant. Finalement, le seul défaut de cet hôtel est de se situer à quelques 5 kms du centre historique, ce qui n'est pas réellement un handicap si on dispose d'une voiture. La navette de l'hôtel effectue 4 rotations gratuites par jour, jusqu'à 21h. Enfin vous êtes sur la route qui conduit aux chutes de "TAT KUANG SI", site incontournable à visiter à 25 KM et où se trouvent également le "centre de secours " des ours et le "Butterfly park, passionnante ferme aux papillons. WIFI et TV très corrects. Excellent rapport qualité-prix par le site HOTEL.COM

周辺には何も無いですが、街中までの送迎サービスがあります。ホテルの部屋に滞在しましたが、プールが気持ち良く快適に過ごせました。

축축한 침대 그리고 습기 등 정말 하루밤 자는데 힘들구만 비싸기만 하고

多少不便ですが快適なホテルです。 空港送迎ならびに中心街へのシャトルバスがあるのは便利です。

It's spacious and has a nice pool. The property is 2.5 miles from the night market and restaurants. The room SMELLS like mold/musty one night and smoke the next two nights. The smoke from outside came into the room.

일년에 다섯번씩 해외여행을 가고 국내에서도 많은 호텔을 가보았지만 그 중 최고의 호텔입니다. 위치는 시내에서 떨어져 있으나 셔틀이있어 불편하지않았고 마지막날 공항무료셔틀까지 이용했습니다. 엄마랑 가서 룸 지저분 하지않았으면 했는데 룸깨끗하고 방에 욕조있어요. 베란다에서 차마실수 있고 침대 외 앉을 수 있는 공간이 있어 커피마실수 있습니다. 수영장 조식 너무 맛있고 직원분들이 너무너무 친절합니다.이틀 묵었는데 하루는 사람이 많이 없는지 부페가 아닌 코스였는데 사진에 나오는 것처럼 너무 맛있었어요(제가 먹어본 것 중 최고의 에그 베네딕트였습니다) 또 루앙프라방에서 개인벤 빌려서 투어했는데 로비의 직원들이 기사 번호까지 다 적어두시고 몇시에 제가 나가는지도 알고 아침에 로비에 나가니까 바로 전화해주셔서 일정내내 너무 편했습니다 호텔의 최고 장점은 직원들의 친절함이에요. 후기적고싶어서 익스피디아 메일기다린거 처음입니다 가세요 꼭꼭 Location is far from downtown. But free shuttle bus is convenient. The landscape of the hotel is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet did not have many kinds, but it was delicious. The best thing about this hotel is the kindness of the staff. I sincerely thank them for making the best trip. I will visit again and recommend this hotel to my friend.

호텔은 최고임. 단지 위치가 외곽이어서 좀 불편. 수영장 , 조식, 호텔 룸 모두 훌륭.
