Spa Hotel Ezeri

No hay elevador, no hay habitaciones contiguas, no nos permitieron usar la alberca el día del check out

The property is 10 minute drive from Sigulda Town. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff were efficient and spoke good English. My wife liked her massage in the spa and the gardens were beautiful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and were impressed with the food. Only disappointment was the selection at the breakfast buffet.

Great breakfast. Clean room. Nice staff. Didn’t use the spa.

Price/quality may be improved, but overall great place to stay! Except, light controls in room were confusing.

Beautiful grounds, nice facility. A bit remote from town, not a problem if you have a car.

Das Hotel ist am Rande eines Ortes und Naturschutzgebiets in schöner Lage mit ausschweifendem Park gelegen. Sehr schön und einem SPA Hotel angemessen. Den Punkt Abzug gab es dafür, daß wir erst einen Tag vor Anreise erfuhren das der mitgebrachte SPA aufgrund kurzfristig notwendig werdender Wartung nicht verfügbar war. Für uns als Städtereisende das entspannende Element also nicht verfügbar. C'est la vie. So was kommt vor... man bot uns alternativ Upgrade, Rückerstattung oder auch ein anderes Hotel mit SPA an. Sehr fair. Wir hatten aber dieses Hotel behalten und es war die richtige Entscheidung. Das Hotel hatte ein sehr gutes Frühstück welches wir auf der Veranda mit tollem Ausblick in den Park genießen durften. Die Burg, das nahegelegene Naturschutzgebiet bieten viel mehr als eine Übernachtung ermöglicht.

Overall good accommodation but the room lacked some basics which I have come to expect from most hotel rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities (kettle), hairdryer and safe.

When we got to our ground floor room it was like a sauna. The room was at the corner of the building with two windows. The thin net like curtains had been closed but not the blinds and therefore the sun had been shining into the room for the whole afternoon. The room and the bathroom were both very small - room cramped by 3rd bed we had not requested and tiny shower. There was no air-conditioning in the room and only one of the windows opened. My wife slipped on the rug on the wooden floor. The television was on the wall beside the bed so I hit my head twice going to the bathroom. But it was the heat that bothered us most. We asked if we could change rooms. We were told the hotel was full. She actually said the rooms on the first and second floor were even worse - as if we were lucky! As we had booked 6 months in advance I was disappointed we had been allocated such a poor room. She gave us a very small fan - it was useless. A few minutes later she brought a larger fan and a bottle of water. Even with both fans on and the window fully open, the room remained hot. We couldn’t sleep. During the night I was sweating - discovered there was a plastic mattress cover on the bed - such as might be used for children. On top of all that the Wi-Fi was poor, the breakfast was dire (eggs cut into squares, no bacon, poor bread and only watermelon - no other fruit. And we had paid €76!! When we complained to the manager in the morning - no refund, no compensation.

Fantastisk hotel med fremragende personale. Servicen var helt i top. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor Sigulda i fantastiske omgivelser. Vi valgte at spise aftensmad på hotellet. Det var meget lækkert. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god.

Dit is niet de eerste keer en zal niet de laatste keer zijn dat ik in dit hotel verblijf. Het is een van de betere hotels in de omgeving. De standaard kamers zijn vrij basic, als je gebruikt wilt maken van de spa boek eventueel een kamer met spa toegang, vanaf 17.00. Bij de luxere kamers heb je geen package deal, waarom niet is mij niet duidelijk.... Ontbijt eenvoudig maar verder goed. Diner in het restaurant is goed

The hotel is great and the staff are amazing, but I did have a few little cons that people should be aware of when booking this hotel. Pro: Staff are great. Rooms are big and have a great view. The price of doing laundry is only 5 euro a bag which is amazing. The restaurant was delicious - my wife adored their take on garlic bread. Cons: No elevator - it wasn't an issue for us but it's good to know They advertise the pool as a facility the hotel has but they charge 10 euros each per visit which can quickly add up. You are a fair way from town so expect to be paying 7 euros for a taxi each way. We enjoyed our stay and would come back

Hotel is a bit further away from the main town than I thought it would be, off of a dirt road, has parking so that’s a plus and overlooks a nice green area. Rooms were nice and clean with a balcony if you upgrade. Breakfast was good. No issues.

Unbelievable food, friendly staff, beautiful location (in a national park, so not a lot of other stuff around)...this place is a gem in the Latvian countryside. Great spa facilities: massage rooms, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, sauna, etc... I was extremely happy and relaxed by my stay here!!

Voor Letse begrippen zeker een goed hotel. Mijn kamer was niet echt sfeervol ingericht en enige vorm van luxe is achterwegen gelaten, internet werk goed. Verder is een spa met een prima sauna. De spa-toegangsprijs bij de duurdere kamers inbegrepen. Het restaurant is gewoon goed, prima bediening, netjes geserveerd, smaakvol eten zonder overdreven prijzen. Het ontbijt vangt pas om 8.00 aan wat zakelijk minder handig is. Je bent wel zo klaar want het is nogal karig, vrij droog brood met een minimum aan beleg, nee dat kan echt beter. Misschien was de lage hotel bezetting de oorzaak, het was er wel lekker rustig..

Avoid tihs place! We spend two nights in hotel and there was not any time for SPA services. In restaurant they served Wellington style pork which was raw! And our another children got from kids menu tomatoes whith chili taste (he was terrified after that). We ordered new main course for him and we payed total sum without any subvention. In room there was not cooling. Next room under our room, people smoked all the time all night long. trying to sleep Window open was impossible...not any excuse etc.

the room was large, clean and the staff very friendly. the spa and surrounding garden are also very nice and so was dinner. breakfast was a bit less than i expected. At least a fan in the room would have been nice since the days were exceptionally hot.

The suraunding is amazing. Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Wonderful masage at the spa. The room was very basic, and we could not sleep because we heard the guests from the room next to us all night. The price is a little bit high .
