i went to the hotel and i wanted to pay by my card they didn't let me pay by the card , so i to go to the ATM nearby , i withdrawed money i came back and give him the 100 dollars he told i don't have change , so i m stuck in the hotel what i can do, one worker came and took my 100 to change it in the store she came with one bag of nuts and the rest the change from 100 dollars , i didn't want to buy things to change my 100 dollars , so my bill is 38 i gave him 40 , also he doesn.t have a dolars change, so i have to pay for the nuts and 1 dollars for him , what a bad service in this hotel , also the hotel is dirty and noisy . never go back

Room view was amazing. Room was clean and personnels very kind

2 hours of before our departure we were robbed $3700.00 the money was in a small handbag and I counted the money before I departed for Paris before my husband. The front desk man knew I was leaving and my husband is staying because he asked me Who is staying and who is leaving? I told him" me and the kids leaving but my husband is staying until the morning". My husband was in the lobby watching the soccer games with his friend when someone went up to the room and stole the money. My daughter and I made sure the money was in the small handbag that my husband holds in his hand all the time. We did not notice it was stolen until he reached Damascus. I am so sorry to say that if it was not for the view of the hotel it was a very lousy and uncomfortable stay. The beds were very old squeaky small and uncomfortable, the towels were very old and no other amenities

Location close to resort hotels or club with sporty activities like water skiing, jet ski or kayak. There is not restaurant in this hotel except for breakfast. Hotel staff is very sympatic but changing every day, billing tracking is not performed and finally several bills without clear details and the impression of having paid several times same things. During three days the shower was not working even if they promised to fix it.

I loved this place! I travelled alone but this hotel made me feel home and everyone was very nice, even the other guests, and made the staying great. I never felt alone once here! Close to everything you need and great views from the room. Definitely going back!

Not suitable for families. Beach parties all weekend straight outside our window. Felt like a disco in our room. hotel manager apologised the next day but we hadn't slept till 3 am each night.

Good location near booming nightlife. Great sea view. The rooms need renovation badly, walls are dirty, furniture worn out, service very bad, we asked for a towel and never got it, breakfast is very poor.

It can't be a three star hotel. I checked the hotel and rooms before check in and just left. The room smell bad and doesn't agree to what they have posted in your website. I suggest to delet this hotel of your list.

Très bien situé face à la mer et dans le coeur du vieux Jounieh. Le large balcon donnant sur la mer est un plus très agréable. Les chambres sont défraichies et la salle d' eau surtout à grand besoin d' être rénovée. Un très gros problème de nuisance sonore occasionné par le bruit produit par le générateur d' électricité qui n' est pas suffisamment isolé.
