Good hotel, decent facilities and kind staff. Breakfast buffet was enormous :-)

The bed omg the bed.

싱가포르 입출국을 위해 JB센트럴 근처 호텔을 찾다 알게 된 호텔.. 특히 수영장이 마음에 들었고, 직원들이 매우 친절하고 서비스가 좋았다. 단점은 JB센터ㅡ시티스퀘어를 통과해서 숙소로 다니기가 조금 불편하다. 짐이 있어서 더 그랬지만 그랩으로 이동해도 돌아서 가야한다. 또 조식은 종류는 많지만 먹을 수 있는게 너무 적었다. 그래도 가성비로 봤을 땐 최고의 선택이었다.

Clean, convenient, quiet place.

Everything was excellent about the hotel room but there was a crying baby just directly across our room and we had specifically asked for a quiet room and we were given a room directly opposite a room with an infant child, and the baby was crying non stop at 1.40 am!!! And we can hear the crying sound and woke us from our sleep multiple times

I left my walking stick in the lobby but they kept it for me as a lost and found item.

Amazing hotel with great location. Walking distance to big shopping mall. The king bed was huge and comfortable.

Lots of mistakes with dining. This hotel was a 5 Star in our previous visits but the service has dropped. Club lounge amazing like always. Staff wonderful in club. Front counter the managers need retraining in handling customers, found them rude especially, ‘Anas’. The outside area and path need a clean. The bedrooms are good. Senior staff other than front counter seem to want to fix situations but there staff under them don’t seem to care. Real shame.

Great lication, great hotel, great breakfast!!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Service after check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options — almost everything I tried was delicious. However, there were two things that could be improved. When we arrived by car and stopped in front of the hotel, there was no concierge or staff available to assist us. We waited about 8–10 minutes with no guidance. Also, the check-in process was quite slow. It was confusing to see two staff members attending to one guest while others were left waiting — it felt like they could be more efficiently assigned to serve incoming guests. Despite these issues, the rest of the experience was very pleasant, and I’m looking forward to my next stay.

酒店整體有點舊，位置不是很方便的。出入都需要坐車的，酒店附近的食肆比較少，酒店的自助餐及早餐都是偏向印度特式的食品。 酒店員工的服務都比較熱情的。

The swimming pool was cold so we didn't swim. The room was fine, including good black out curtains and it was quiet. However, we had dinner in the ground level restaurant. It took ages for our food to arrive and then my burger and chips were cold. I'm not sure whether I got a new meal or just my original meal microwaved.

A quite long walk from the CIQ, and the nearby area is still under construction. Sorry to say the hotel itself is lacking of maintenance. Some furniture(most heavy sliding doors of the cabinet)and shower(some loose part) is hard to use.

Decent hotel, breakfast variety was very good. The only thing is construction around due to RTS hence hard to walk around that area. I have booked for high floor and realised that the reception lady only put us on 16th floor (highest floor is 30, swimming pool on 13th).

While the hotel is great, location loses out with no direct access to shopping malls. Walking distance within 10 mins is manageable.
