FERRY SCHEDULES (complimentary): Advisable to be at the Jesselton Point Pier at least 30 minutes before boat departure time. • Check-In – 12:00 hours • Check-Out – 11:00 hours Durations: - Scheduled Ferry Transfer (30-40 minutes ride – depends on the weather and sea conditions) - Private Boat Charter (15-20 minutes ride – depends on the weather and sea conditions) Any other time, private charter boat rates shall applies. PRIVATE CHARTER BOAT RATES: Jesselton Point Pier (to/from) Gayana Marine Resort – RM 250 nett* per boat per way Charter Boat Terms & Conditions: • 20% surcharge is applicable for boat charters between 7pm to 7am • Boat charter service is subject to availability • Required at least 7 working days advance booking prior to arrival • Full Payment must be made at least 5 working days prior to arrival • Request will be automatically released if no payment received within the given time frame • Any last-minute requests, shall be subject to boat availability and may consequently causes delay to your trip and flight, Resort shall not be held liable for this delay • Any cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in 100% cancellation charge • In any case of flight schedule changes or delay, a waiting fee of RM 100nett per hour will be charged. Last minute cancellation will incur full charges

Guests should check in at the Gayana Sales & Reservations Office at Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal which is located in Kota Kinabalu City, roughly 15-20 minutes away from the airport by car.
