Moxy Putrajaya

Beautiful property with a giant mall next door. Golf course view room was beautiful. Free pool table, air hockey and foosball and a nice bar.

The hotel was fine but nothing spectacular. It was incredibly busy so we had to wait 20 minutes to check in. There were no towels at the pool and we had to ask 3 different members of staff before someone knew where to find more which was a little annoying. The hotel is really well located for golf, shopping and visiting Putra Jaya.

The laundry room is nice to have on offer but the machines automatically add toxic fabric softener and detergent (smelly and unsafe) and you can't choose not to have it added. The fitness room is large but has almost no equipment and zero resistance machines. It is also poorly air conditioned and has no thermostat. The room has a master switch, it needs to be on for any of the room lights to work but it keeps the main lights on so it's impossible to just have a night light or bedside light on by itself. The rooms have a terrible, inefficient layout. There is loud bass noise, sometimes called music in SE Asia, that plays even late at night in the common areas. The bath towels are cheap!! Lots of irritating little problems and no attention to detail which is very common in KL. But for a Marriott property at this price? Unacceptable.

Great location, next to IOI mall.

The property is very well maintained and in excellent condition. However we were locked out of our room at 12pm on the dot yesterday at check out, which made our stay slightly less than perfect.

Convenient hotel right beside the giant shopping mall.

Parking is very confusing.. Pls add more indicators, arrows to hotel parking, not to mall parking. Mall parking is very expensive!!

It was very fun, the hotel was great and the the best part because it beside IOI Mall.

Connected to IOI City Mall with a lot of shopping, eating and leisure options. Dedicated parking for hotel guests. Rooms are small but cleverly designed with wall hooks and no cupboard so room looks spacious. Highly recommended.

The room has large spacing below the door and it's located by the elevator lobby As a result, noises could be heard throughout the night.
