Ling at the reception was so kind and very accommodating. We arrived 2hours before the check-in time but he allowed us in with no additional costs. The place is somewhat central and places are within walking distances. Definitely good value for money 😊

I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out.
The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain.
The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating.
The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful.
Plenty of fast, clean lifts.
The room was ready early so when I arrived it was air conditioned with clean, soft, bedding and towels. The bed was comfortable and four pillows. The flat screen tv was easy to see and big enough.
Iron and ironing board in excellent condition. Plenty of power points and free toiletries topped up everyday. Also free tea, coffee, sugar, and the milk powder plus two bottles of water daily. Also you're able to rent an umbrella for 2 ringgits per day or approx AUD 60 cents.
The pool is plenty big enough with plenty of seating and fresh towels topped up regularly. The area is also cleaned regularly.
The gym had the most magnificent views and again, plenty of equipment and very clean. Checkout was fast and easy. The staff again were attentive and very friendly and respectful. Also, so very cheap for 5 nights.
AUD $455. Close to or within 25 mins mins of walking to many things.

We only stayed one night here.. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was large, spacious and clean with great amenities. The shower was great. We used the gym and pool, both of which were also great!

Nice location close to the airport and everything. But if you look for nice beach, it is not the right area to stay. Hotel offers free airport shuttle, it is a must but make sure to reach out to the hotel like week in advance as they didn’t answer our calls for a few days in advance and we had to pay the taxi at the airport. Communication with them through Expedia was a joke as this hotel only replied to us about airport pickup on on the dây when we were almost leaving.

Another hotel which looks nice until you look too closely. Laminate tiles coming up downstairs and in the halls, waiting for lifts was painfully slow (5+ minutes wait sometimes to go up or down), the shower head kept moving (but water pressure was AMAZING) and bare-minimum plates and cutlery wasn't overly useful when we attempted to eat in one night.
The accommodation in our room(s) was nice enough if a little dated, and the pool area was nice to use on the roof, but this is yet another place we stayed in Malaysia where it feels like no low-level maintenance ever occurs, or details don't matter. And the breakfast we paid for was well below par - nothing that ran out was replaced, and it was all a bit low-end for a country with so many amazing food options. The hotel really needs to do a bit better in that regard for the price we're paying.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating though, and the location is quite nice, even if there are many options around this area.
A bit disappointing overall.

From the moment we checked in all the way to check out, the staff has been super courteous and helpful! Thank you guys for making our stay memorable. I like the location as well, close to everything but tucked away in a little corner with a nice little eatery right beside it that serves cheap but delicious local food.. And yes, the pool was awesome❤️❤️

Ling at the reception was so kind and very accommodating. We arrived 2hours before the check-in time but he allowed us in with no additional costs. The place is somewhat central and places are within walking distances. Definitely good value for money 😊

I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out.
The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain.
The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating.
The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful.
Plenty of fast, clean lifts.
The room was ready early so when I arrived it was air conditioned with clean, soft, bedding and towels. The bed was comfortable and four pillows. The flat screen tv was easy to see and big enough.
Iron and ironing board in excellent condition. Plenty of power points and free toiletries topped up everyday. Also free tea, coffee, sugar, and the milk powder plus two bottles of water daily. Also you're able to rent an umbrella for 2 ringgits per day or approx AUD 60 cents.
The pool is plenty big enough with plenty of seating and fresh towels topped up regularly. The area is also cleaned regularly.
The gym had the most magnificent views and again, plenty of equipment and very clean. Checkout was fast and easy. The staff again were attentive and very friendly and respectful. Also, so very cheap for 5 nights.
AUD $455. Close to or within 25 mins mins of walking to many things.

We only stayed one night here.. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was large, spacious and clean with great amenities. The shower was great. We used the gym and pool, both of which were also great!

Nice location close to the airport and everything. But if you look for nice beach, it is not the right area to stay. Hotel offers free airport shuttle, it is a must but make sure to reach out to the hotel like week in advance as they didn’t answer our calls for a few days in advance and we had to pay the taxi at the airport. Communication with them through Expedia was a joke as this hotel only replied to us about airport pickup on on the dây when we were almost leaving.

Another hotel which looks nice until you look too closely. Laminate tiles coming up downstairs and in the halls, waiting for lifts was painfully slow (5+ minutes wait sometimes to go up or down), the shower head kept moving (but water pressure was AMAZING) and bare-minimum plates and cutlery wasn't overly useful when we attempted to eat in one night.
The accommodation in our room(s) was nice enough if a little dated, and the pool area was nice to use on the roof, but this is yet another place we stayed in Malaysia where it feels like no low-level maintenance ever occurs, or details don't matter. And the breakfast we paid for was well below par - nothing that ran out was replaced, and it was all a bit low-end for a country with so many amazing food options. The hotel really needs to do a bit better in that regard for the price we're paying.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating though, and the location is quite nice, even if there are many options around this area.
A bit disappointing overall.

From the moment we checked in all the way to check out, the staff has been super courteous and helpful! Thank you guys for making our stay memorable. I like the location as well, close to everything but tucked away in a little corner with a nice little eatery right beside it that serves cheap but delicious local food.. And yes, the pool was awesome❤️❤️
