Comfortable stay

Overall experience was within expectation for a returning guest like me. Please keep it up and thanks for the experiences

Just a simple overnight in JB. Room is big by hotel standards, it’s more of a one room studio apartment. Space wise it’s comfortable, but as in all establishments in JB, property can be better maintained.

Their apartments are suitable for family holidays! Clean and comfortable however really need to attend to maintenance especially teh balconies.

Great location just next to Zenith mall and opposite Komtar/City Square. Apartment was fully equipped and rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend (:

Excellent value for the price of the room. Location and convenience were what sealed the deal.

Location is good. Opposite of shopping malls, just walking distance. Swift check-in. Rooms were clean. There were towels provided. Easy check in and out.

The only negative thing was the shower soap dipenser.need to be changed

Surprised how big the apartment was. Hall was large and spacious and the toilet had a walk in as well

Best location in Johor. Nearby all the food and shopping areas. Beautiful view and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a dining table, a living room and kitchenette for your cooking if there is a need to. Its pricey but it is worth the money for the comfort and feel of home

Location super, link to alternative road, no jam to get back to hotel. Condition n cleanliness not so good, especially when compared to high price paid.

During midnight 4am, the upper floor keep have thing drop or pulling sofa or tablet sound.

It is smacked in the middle of the city which understandably can get pretty noisy at night

( ) Property near shipping malls. (-) But the facility need to improve, the seats at lobby surface worn out, the room soap dispenser is not working, sound proof between rooms can hear furniture movement above the room.

Convenience and cleanliness

Just sharing our experience & observation. We (4pax) checked in to Suasana Suites Hotel Johor Bahru along Jalan Trus on 21/06/2024, Friday. Upon check-in, we realized that only 1 guest lift, out of the 4, is working. There was a notice at the frontdesk dated 11/06/2024, informing that all 4 guest lifts are out of order & only the service lift was available. With 1 guest lift & 1 service lift available at the point of our check-in, we took an average of 40mins to wait for either lift. 2nd guest lift was up & running on 23/06/2024. This incident had compromised our experience with the hotel. There was no effort made for service recovery. The room itself was poorly maintained. Clothes holder behind bathroom door was loose, towel rack was loose, bathroom tap fell off, kitchen tap was leaking, toilet roll holder was loose, cockroach in the living room. We stayed at Level 29, we were able to hear the music from Lepak Corner quite clearly till wee hours on Friday & Saturday. In the morning, the construction sound started as early as 8am. This is my second time here. The first time was in Aug 2023 and I had a good experience- bed was comfortable and room was clean. But I can’t say the same this time round. I will think twice about booking this hotel again.

Through out the stay all the lifts were out of order except the service lift. Inconvenience and lack of communication and updates.
