The stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. I truly, truly enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful, and I was treated so well by everyone, from the very first to the very last person I interacted with throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is right by the beach—literally just a few steps away—which made it even more delightful. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so there are lots of meal options to choose from. Plus, the transportation to the Male Jetty or the airport takes only ten minutes, making it super convenient for getting around.

The staff at Pine Lodge is very helpful. The room I stayed in, on the 2nd floor with balcony, was ok. The breakfast they served was mediocre and could be improved a lot. For a budget hotel, it is passable.

Bad experience. No lift, no AC at the lobby, no ventilation for rooms though it was said garden view. Doors will be locked at night if you are late need to bang on doors.

Though the price you pay (including taxes) is high compared to other holiday destinations (not the responsibility of the property but pertains more to the prevailing prices at the destination itself), stay in Pine Lodge is quite comfortable. The premises are clean & well kept. Particular mention needs to be made about the bathrooms which are sparkling clean. This is not a luxury hotel, but a middle level property with a personal touch. However, mention may be made about the fact that: 1. It is not facing the beach (one parallel road away) though just a few minutes walk away. 2. Out of the 12 rooms, 9 are without balconies, however, the space available in room is adequate for not feeling boxed in. 3. Breakfast has limited variety but adequate. 4. In view of the small plots on which most hotels in the area are constructed, there has been an effort to optimally use land area as well as the space within the hotel. 5. No lift is available, & stairs are steep & narrow. However, the excellent maintenance & condition of the building obviates any negative closed in feeling.

Pine Lodge has a good location. Very near to the airport, the beach and restaurants. There is even a convenience store a few steps away. The room is cozy and spacious. I like it that there is a balcony to see the street below and the neighborhood. The staff was also very helpful with information and with the airport transfer.

The property has lost some of its standard since I last stayed there years back . The blinds were damaged and the room was warm even though the aircon and fan were on . In the morning when we had breakfast , the aircon was not on and guests were eating at stuffy and humid lobby . Had to wait till the receptionist arrived at 7.30am to have the aircon turned on. Breakfast was bare minimum .

夜の22時にマーレ着だったので、一泊だけここに泊まり翌朝リゾートに向かいました。 空港へのお迎え時間調整でもメールの対応も良かった。空港では翌朝行くべきリゾートのカウンターの場所も案内してくれた。 事前に言われた通り往復空港送迎は大人二人で20ドル。 こじんまりとしたホテル、エレベーターは無いがホテルの人がカバンを上げてくれた。 フロント、お迎え、ドライバー、3人のスタッフと接したが感じも良かった。 部屋は木材を使った温もりのある雰囲気。 IKEAで調達した？小物が数点。 水回りはシャワーのみ、清掃状態はよく、お湯もちゃんと出る。 欠点と言えばベットがめちゃめちゃ固いこと。 マットレスなのに、質感は板の上に寝ているような感じ。 朝ごはんは食パン、ゆで卵、ビーンズ、ジャム、ジュース、一人ひとかけらのソーセージ。 ホテルは海側から一本内側の通りに建っている。 景色は望めない。 建設ラッシュなのか、周りは骨組みだけのビルばかり。 リゾートに行くまでの一泊だけなら十分なレベル。 欠点はただ一つ、固いベットのみ。

‘Relative’ to the area the hotel is good ! Not an impressive breakfast ! Rooms are clean, I didn’t mind but others may find the bed uncomfortable as it was solid. The area is not nice at all ! Ok for s night or two before moving onto somewhere else. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff at Pine Lodge is very helpful. The room I stayed in, on the 2nd floor with balcony, was ok. The breakfast they served was mediocre and could be improved a lot. For a budget hotel, it is passable.

Bad experience. No lift, no AC at the lobby, no ventilation for rooms though it was said garden view. Doors will be locked at night if you are late need to bang on doors.

Though the price you pay (including taxes) is high compared to other holiday destinations (not the responsibility of the property but pertains more to the prevailing prices at the destination itself), stay in Pine Lodge is quite comfortable. The premises are clean & well kept. Particular mention needs to be made about the bathrooms which are sparkling clean. This is not a luxury hotel, but a middle level property with a personal touch. However, mention may be made about the fact that: 1. It is not facing the beach (one parallel road away) though just a few minutes walk away. 2. Out of the 12 rooms, 9 are without balconies, however, the space available in room is adequate for not feeling boxed in. 3. Breakfast has limited variety but adequate. 4. In view of the small plots on which most hotels in the area are constructed, there has been an effort to optimally use land area as well as the space within the hotel. 5. No lift is available, & stairs are steep & narrow. However, the excellent maintenance & condition of the building obviates any negative closed in feeling.

Pine Lodge has a good location. Very near to the airport, the beach and restaurants. There is even a convenience store a few steps away. The room is cozy and spacious. I like it that there is a balcony to see the street below and the neighborhood. The staff was also very helpful with information and with the airport transfer.

The property has lost some of its standard since I last stayed there years back . The blinds were damaged and the room was warm even though the aircon and fan were on . In the morning when we had breakfast , the aircon was not on and guests were eating at stuffy and humid lobby . Had to wait till the receptionist arrived at 7.30am to have the aircon turned on. Breakfast was bare minimum .

夜の22時にマーレ着だったので、一泊だけここに泊まり翌朝リゾートに向かいました。 空港へのお迎え時間調整でもメールの対応も良かった。空港では翌朝行くべきリゾートのカウンターの場所も案内してくれた。 事前に言われた通り往復空港送迎は大人二人で20ドル。 こじんまりとしたホテル、エレベーターは無いがホテルの人がカバンを上げてくれた。 フロント、お迎え、ドライバー、3人のスタッフと接したが感じも良かった。 部屋は木材を使った温もりのある雰囲気。 IKEAで調達した？小物が数点。 水回りはシャワーのみ、清掃状態はよく、お湯もちゃんと出る。 欠点と言えばベットがめちゃめちゃ固いこと。 マットレスなのに、質感は板の上に寝ているような感じ。 朝ごはんは食パン、ゆで卵、ビーンズ、ジャム、ジュース、一人ひとかけらのソーセージ。 ホテルは海側から一本内側の通りに建っている。 景色は望めない。 建設ラッシュなのか、周りは骨組みだけのビルばかり。 リゾートに行くまでの一泊だけなら十分なレベル。 欠点はただ一つ、固いベットのみ。

‘Relative’ to the area the hotel is good ! Not an impressive breakfast ! Rooms are clean, I didn’t mind but others may find the bed uncomfortable as it was solid. The area is not nice at all ! Ok for s night or two before moving onto somewhere else. Staff were friendly and helpful.
