Bella Vista Hotel

Chambre impeccable ouvrant sur une petite terrasse donnant sur un grand mur de béton… Lors des repas compris dans le all inclusive, impossible d’avoir même un verre d’eau du robinet, il faut payer les boissons…. Pas un fruit à l’horizon des tables, c’est dommage …L’hôtel ne donne pas sur la mer et la baie de St Paul mais lui tourne le dos…le centre d’intérêt est à distance… personnel très professionnel et attentionné ;

All the staff were very hard working and friendly. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Fridge in room which was very handy. Food was varied everyday with lots of choices. Hotel location was good for us as away from main tourist areas. We would stay here again.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Evidemment, ce n'est pas un palace mais pour le tarif pratiqué, ses équipements et services pourront vous séduire. En prime, le personnel est agréable La chambre est correcte, bonne literie et tout le nécessaire mais elle aurait besoin d'un léger rafraichissement. L'insonorisation est à revoir aussi (par chance nos voisins étaient silencieux) Les extras : La piscine intérieure et son jacuzzi sont bien chauffés. + une piscine extérieure et une en terrasse. Le petit dejeuner : beaucoup de choix en particulier salé (qualité moyenne par contre) Le restaurant, correct, évidemment ce n'est pas un gastro mais pour dépanner un soir cela convient bien. Gros bémol par contre... les horaires petits dej jusqu'à 9h, restaurant 19h30... Après, d'autres services sont dispos (location de voiture... boutique de souvenirs et achats divers.

Everything was beyond perfect! All staff were amazing with us, except one woman from reception she was mean to us by asking just one question, either way what a lovely trip and stay!!!

Didnt like the fact that they didnt suppy water gym on 1 person in at a time, couldn't take towels to pool, no shampoo in bathroom, called down to fix the leaking water in toilet and no one came to fix it. One light out in the room upon arrival and the fridge was leaking. There was also water on the floor had to put a towel down so my mum wouldn't fall.

Einfache Ausstattung der Zimmer- man sollte hier nicht zu viel erwarten. Aber sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen- es war ziemlich eng- aber da wir ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hatten wir keine großen Ansprüche. Es gibt eine große Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und vielen Liegen, Innen- und Außenpool. Viele Sprachschüler waren im Hotel untergebracht.

Ich bin zufrieden ,Sauber ,fröhliche,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten netter Personal gute Restaurant. 👍🌞

We have stayed there many times over the years and we like it there very much its not luxury but its very clean staff are excellent and overhe years lots of improvements

Entertainment was good. Enjoyed the game room. Staff are friendly.

Bra pol och solstolar, skyddat från vinden som kan upplevas kall i april månad. Finns saker för familj att göra på hotellet och olika spel. Man får mycket för pengarna.

Where do I start?! There was nowhere quiet to sit and relax in the evening, the only refuge (the roof patio) was locked for maintenance after the first couple of days. Coming in on one evening there was a full-blown disco going on in the main reception/sitting area. The elevators were out of service for several days, we were told to use the service elevator and shared it with laundry several times. The queue for breakfast started with waiting to be sat at a table, then more queuing for each of the food bars. It was still being handled as if Covid restrictions applied and instead of being help-yourself it was dished out by a busy server behind the covid panels. I had to ask 3 times for a lightbulb for my night light - seriously unhappy to be ready to drop off to sleep only to have to get out of bed to turn the main light off. No hair drier, drawers or anywhere to put my suitcase in my room. The bed was up against walls on 2 sides so all entry/exit to the bed was via one side which dipped alarmingly where it had been used so much. Tiny window with frosted glass, so the room was constantly dark. The heating was only effective after it had been on for ages and the bathroom never benefitted. It was awful.

Ich bin von 29.12.24 bis 3.1.25 in Hotel gewesen und wäre die 5 Nächte Würde mein Zimmer nie geputzt oder sauber gemach und das bei eine Hotel mit 5Stern Mein Zimmer Nr ist 417 nach dem haben sie meine zimmer gewechslet 1ch habe für 5 Nächte 1183 Eros bezahlt

Super sauber und das überall. Freundliches Personal, das gutes Englisch spricht. Nette Atmosphäre im Restaurant und Cafe, super Preis. Frühstück ist voll Okay. Lautes Hotel??? Meiner Meinung nach ist ein Hotel niemals laut, nur unzivilisierte Hotel Gäste. Jederzeit wieder !!!

Les horaires du petit déjeuner à revoir 9h c’est trop tôt pour la fin.

Very good customer service, staff was attentive and helpful. Transport from hotel was very safe and convenient. Busses ran on time and on a whole everything was cost effective, especially the shop within the hotel. Also the hotel decor is fitting regarding the time it was built. There are mordern hotels in the area, but it is obvious these buildings have been built recently and cannot be compared to Bella Vista Hotel.

L' unica grande pecca che ho trovato, sono stati i cuscini. Sono terribili. Per il resto tutto molto bene

It's not a 4* hotel.. Hotel location and common facilities: - The hotel has a bus stop near by but if you are looking for dining places, beach or activities you'll have to walk 15 / 20 min or take a bus / drive. There is nothing close by, except one or two convenience shops; - The hotel as a whole looks old and outdated, like it had stopped in time - Most of the time there was no AC on in the reception / lobby area or in the restaurant, so it got really hot - The swimming pool is small and because of the huge wall that surrounds it, you get a lot of shadow in the afternoon (after 3pm) Our room: - It was located in the back of the hotel, seemed like an extra part of the building, given we had to use a different lift to get there; - The room was not the one we booked, as it had kitchen and our initial one didn't. However, this kitchen was useless, because there was nothing to use it (not even a bowl or a fork). Actually the only thing we could use was the fridge that was super noisy at night, while we wanted to sleep; -There were no blackout curtains, so at 6am you could get naturally awake by the sunshine. Even with the toilet door closed, one could hear water going down the pipes every time someone was using the toilet in the rooms above. The windows were old and all outside noise was heard. - The bed was old and not comfy at all. There was mold in the WC. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant looked like a greenhouse so hot there
