Schöne Hotelanlage mit Platz für alle: Familien, seperate Teile nur für Erwachsene Rollstuhlfreundlich etc. Besonders positiv aufgefallen: auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten geben sie sehr acht und haben viele Angebote. Durchwegs sehr zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Anlage in gutem Zustand. Highlights waren das Personal, das grosse Buffet, der Spa und die Tanzshows am Abend.

Lovely hotel has something for all the family very good all inclusive and the extra restaurants were really nice.

Nous sommes très déçus de l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un bon rajeunissement. Notre chambre n'était pas top avec 2 lits séparés, une salle de bain ridicule et dangereuse a cause de la douche dans une baignoire très glissante. Ouvrir le robinet pendant 2mn pour avoir de l'eau uniquement tiède. Dès le premier jours, des cafards dans la chambre mais surtout dans la salle de restaurant sortant d'un pilier. Le restaurant principal est très mal conçu, bruyant et sous dimensionné. Je n'ose pas imaginer en pleine saison ! La nourriture est mauvaise !!! pour ne pas dire dégueulasse ! Au restaurant comme à tous les bars, on doit faire la queue. Dans cet hôtel, rempli en majorité par des Anglais, on s'aperçois très vite que tout est fait pour eux. Ils sont en plus d'une incorrection insupportable ! Cet hôtel n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !!!

la permanenza in questo hotel é stata praticamente terribile. Inizio col dire che l'esperienza in reception é stata davvero negativa. Dopo aver prenotato a partire dal giorno prima per aver pronta la camera la mattina all'arrivo, avendo l aereo molto presto, (giorno successivo dalla data di prenotazione) arriviamo alla reception e il ragazzo in questione, ragazzo robusto scuro di capelli, ci dice che nonostante la nostra prenotazione partisse dal giorno prima non potevamo avere la camera perché il check in partiva alle 15, anche in maniera non tanto gentile. Siamo stati costretti a stare come dei barboni per varie ore. Per fortuna ad una seconda richiesta ad un'altra receptionist, molto più gentile e carina, alle 13 siamo riusciti ad andare in camera. In camera si gela di freddo e il riscaldamento non funziona minimamente, questa é la mia prima notte e so già che la passerò insonne con i brividi di freddo, per la prima volta in un hotel sono costretta a dormire con il giubbotto ma nonostante questo fa comunque freddissimo. Bagno male andato e perde acqua lo scarico. Pranzo molto scarso, pochissima scelta. Di solito soggiornavamo al db san Antonio, stessa catena, e abbiamo rimpianto parecchio.

Ideale per famiglie

The hotel is tired in places with many of the rooms requiring maintenance eg leaking toilet flushes or smelling of damp and heating not working etc. the hotel offers a lot of amenities however check in staff are so rushed given numbers attending each day that they are unable to explain all the features, so you will have to find this out for yourself. The upgrade didn’t happen as they were fully booked and the arrival wine had been missed but was rectified a few days later. The spa services were good and on the whole the food was pleasant

Ruhig, schöne Poolanlage

Un hotel di queste dimensioni oltre a parlare inglese francese e tedesco dovrebbero parlare anche un po' in italiano visto ke la prima lingua maltese è stata proprio l italiano. Per il Resto non male.. I cibi in particolare la frutta non aveva sapore anche se siamo sul mediterraneo. Le attività non male. Bei spettacoli serali. Il posto è stupendo perché accessoriato

Loved the fact room cleaned impeccably each day (thanks Wilma) - loads for the children beach volleyball, baby slide, food decent, it's inexpensive hotel - so a bit shady around the edges but was good family trip

The resort was OK, expected much more for this resort but the reception staff were of little help the entire stay, which left s bad taste in the mouth. The food tastes the same in all the restaurants including the main buffet, tasteless, some of the staff working there were helpful, but most were not.

We stayed here for seven days for our honeymoon. The area is lovely and close to the water but it is NOT beachfront. We received an upgraded room and bottle of Prosecco for booking with Expedia. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well enough, although it runs on motion sensors and seemed to turn off in the middle of the night. The fan stopped working while we were there and despite a maintenance request, nobody ever came to fix our mini fridge which was not keeping anything cold. The staff was terrific and kind and everyone spoke English. The buffet was good but not great. Not a ton of variety and the meats left something to be desired. The vegetables were not fresh, you could tell by the crinkle cut carrots that they were frozen. The desserts were uninspiring but the ice cream was great. If you have been to an All Inclusive in Mexico or Aruba or Jamaica, you will be disappointed. Also, this is a family resort, so expect dozens of screaming children and all bars to be closed by midnight. Zero nightlife. Tons of British tourists who all smoke for some reason. The Levant restaurant was the best of the a la cartes, while Salia and the Brazilian BBQ were also very good. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing. Lots of pools and we never had an issue finding a sun lounger. Do not pay for the All Inclusive Plus unless you REALLY want name brand liquors. The AI lounge never had a single person in it and it closes at 10pm.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Jederzeit erreichbar und gewillt die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Die Umgebung und das Areal sind optimal.

Struttura bellissima, personale stupendo. Ho viaggiato con mio marito e i miei figli di 2 anni e 2 mesi. C'era tutto quello che occorreva per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. Avevamo preso una quadrupla ma ci hanno aiutato facendo l'upgrade alla familiare (due stanze) senza problemi. Il check in era alle 15 ma ci hanno fatto entrare in camera alle 12. Le camere sono grandi, c'è tutto l'occorrente necessario, puliscono perfettamente e cambiano la biancheria tutti i giorni. (Grazie Lila). Animazione fantastica, non sono assillanti! Spettacolo serale vario e adatto ad ogni età. Cibo internazionale delizioso e vario. Pure mia figlia ha sempre mangiato tutto! I teli si noleggiano al costo di 10€ l'uno (cauzione) che poi restituiscono. Ho letto molti commenti che dicevano che a noi italiani ci trattavano male, a noi ci hanno coccolato fino allo sfinimento. Unica nota negativa è che l'hotel non ha una spiaggia attrezzata. Ha un costo extra di 6€ per ombrellone e 6€ ogni sdraia. Comunque le piscine dell'hotel compensano molto!

Sauberes Hotel. Genügend Liegestühle am Pool, auch nachmittags noch welche frei. Essen ist für jeden etwas dabei, wenn nicht dann ist er selber schuld. Strand ist gleich in der Nähe. Einziges Manko, Liegen und Schirme sind nicht inklusive.
