Hugo's Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Hotel is very cool - in concept. EVERYTHING requires maintenance, refresh, replacement. I'd rather have way less "neat" and techno items, but the things there worked well. Beds and bedding were good. Rooms were very spacious. However, we paid ignificantly more for a suite with a sauna - sauna was disgustingly dirty. Fancy shower panel and it kept shorting out so and was so old/dirty. Electric curtains didnt work, multiple panels were completely broken, and the couch was disgusting: dirty and completely sagging and worn. Staff were plesant and helpful but couldn't make up for the complete lack of maintenance and refurbishment.

Rummet var stort och bra,trevlig personal. Men hotellet ligger på värsta party gatan, så ta med öronproppar eller välj ett annat hotell.

1️⃣ Misrepresentation of the room The room provided did not resemble a suite. It lacked a suite layout, had no seating area or table, and had no balcony 2️⃣ Strong damp / musty smell from hot tub The hot tub caused an unpleasant damp smell throughout the room. Ventilating the room was extremely difficult due to the limited window and excessive street noise outside. 3️⃣ Advertised soundproofing is false Your website promises soundproof rooms, yet we experienced: * Loud music from outside late into the night and repeated disturbances meant we struggled to sleep every night. 4️⃣ Wi-Fi and TV features not working There was **no functioning Wi-Fi** during our stay — neither for the TV nor for our personal devices. When queried, reception simply replied: *“It doesn’t work.”* This is unacceptable for a hotel promoting modern, connected rooms. 5️⃣ Misleading minibar setup Snacks and alcohol were placed next to complimentary items with **no price list provided**, making them appear free. This felt deceptive and designed to catch guests out. 6️⃣ Intimidating penalty policy We were issued two key / towel cards and later discovered the €50 per card replacement fee in fine print. This created unnecessary stress to protect the cards we didn’t need and felt like a hidden charge tactic. 7️⃣ Maintenance & quality issues * Very cracked worn out sink *The “iPad” advertised in room is simply a phone extension with no internet functionality The hotel aren’t interested in solving

La câmera con lo specchio sopra al letto è qualcosa che non si può vedere, allucinante.

Chambre, hall et bar très bien décorés. Environnement parfait pour sortir, faire la fête, et toutes les commodités alentour (dont les transports en commun). Le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée était raffiné, et le pub à côté Bacco by Hugo's était génial!!! Petits bémols : soucis avec les lumières dans la chambre dures à régler au début, pas assez de rangement dans la salle-de-bains, et le ménage a été aléatoire les deux premiers jours.

10/10 would not stay at this hotel again. Do not book here if you want to sleep before 5am. Bars all around hotel, so very noisy. Rooms are not sound proof for outside noise or hallways. Jaccuzi bedroom smelled weird, like mold or feet. Poor ventilation. Don't book below floor 5 for a better sea view vs floodlights (directly into bedroom) and roofs. Bed lvls didn't match for king bed. Lumpy pillows. Expensive mini bar. Most of the staff was very nice. Rooftop pool was great. 2 nights end of season was $700ish. Not impressed for that price.

We loved the fact the hotel was Adults only, the room was spacious and clean the view from our room was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. Spoilt for choice for dining and partying. The staff was always accomodating and helpful.

Roligt hotell som ligger mitt på bargatan med hålligång hela natten. Nära till shopping, strand och party.

Es sollte ausschließlich geschrieben werden dass es an vielen belebten Nachtclubs steht und keine Parkplatz hat! Ich konnte bis früh nicht schlafen. Bis 06.:00 morgens ist Davut_Sidal_00491728341502 soo laut 😞

Amazing hotel. Pleasant staff as well.

Regardless of age and time of year, the immediate area is a little edgy. However, going in Nov, expecting the areas USP, it is less busy although not quite by any means. It’s an adult hotel and area. Room was unique and distance was walkable or ‘bootable’. Impressive range of cuisines, spa tipped the balance to make this … an embraceable it is what it is and we enjoyed it. (Not we are 35-45).

Se non avete voglia di dormire e arrivare con i mezzi non sotto il hire, siete al posto giusto . Per arrivare bolt non si ferma sotto il note perché si trova nella zona di traffico limitato, così ti lascia e ti devi fare un po’ a piedi con le valigie. Arrivi sotto , ci sono le scale x salire alla reception e nessuno ti dà una mano . La notte non si dorme perché sotto ci sono tanti locali con la musica fino al mattino. Verso le 4,30 vai a dormire e il personale insistente la mattina ti bussa perché vuole pulire. Tu dici di no , loro ti bussano dopo mezz’ora di nuovo . Hotel è bellissimo ma sinceramente non ci ritornerò mai più
