Horrible. j'arrive et la pas de chambre on m'envoie dans un autre hôtel avec standing 2 fois moins bien. Chambre sans fenêtre, la douche sur les toilettes, restaurant inexistant avec plus de 1h30 d'attente pour un plat. et aucun geste commercial!

Best hotel in Mauritania

Staff super helpful, arranged a driver for the day, as well as transfers to/from airport. Rooms comfy; a little dated but had helpful amenities like universal outlets. Nice restaurant and pool. Did not have breakfast here.

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits a AZAILA NOUAKCHOTT, établissement que je recommande sans hésiter. Il s'agit pour ceux qui l'ont connu de l'ancien hôtel MERCURE et qui a été très bien rénové depuis. Proche du palais présidentiel. Le cadre de l'établissement est très agréable, avec une très belle piscine au milieu. Wifi gratuit et rapide partout dans l'hôtel. Personnel très aimable, prévenant et avenant, à l'entrée, à la réception, au service de lingerie, en salle de restaurant. Spéciale dédicace à la Responsable Client Mme B. qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. En revanche accueil un peu rude au bar un midi pour commander de simples thés. Chambres Standard confortables mais qui donnent sur rue donc un peu bruyantes quand la fenêtre est ouverte. Excellente literie ! Salle de bain un peu petite, il manque des portes serviettes et une paroi pour la douche pour éviter d'inonder la salle de bain. Très bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble.

First time in Nouakchott and very happy to have chosen this hotel. All facilities were fine. Bedroom small but clean and in reasonable nick. A/C quiet and effective. Good, consistent wifi (35mbs - ish). Excellent breaky, OK snacks and dinner. Would totally recommend if staying in Nouakchott.

I enjoyed this upscale hotel. I was the only one using the swimming pool I wish the pool was heated. Like the generous amount of food they give you if you have dinner here. I will stay here again it was quiet in my room I enjoyed my stay

Hotel staff has given a different room not the same room as shown at the time of booking. When we asked him to change they asked us to pay more for the room. Another issue is, they have not given room tariff bill for the booking.

Excellent hôtel bien situé

I found new cockroaches every day in my room. The service cleaning the room was very lackluster. Some days I didn’t receive new towels until the evening (but they took the dirty towels in the morning). Tissues and toilet paper weren’t replaced / replenished until 2 days later sometimes.
