Perfection at every level!
I arrived early. Waited for an hour to clean the room but they were kind enough to give me the room before the check-in time.
The Oceanview room was nice. Coffee machine, kettle, slippers, fridge (with fizzy drinks), hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body bath were all available in the room.
The pool and gym were nice.
The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. Always smiling and going the extra mile.
We took 2 private tours from the hotel. Reasonably priced. We had a lovely time.
Beautiful people, beautiful country.
Definitely staying here again!

Very friendly staff. Lovely sea view from the beach side rooms.
Made a big effort for Halloween with entertainment and food/cocktails which was nice.
Chef was happy to make me vegan options for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Nice snorkeling spot and other guests saw the turtles but we unfortunately missed them. Next time!

All-inclusive hotel with lovely views of the ocean, on the secluded East Coast. The hotel has a buffet restaurant serving decent food for breakfast and dinner - along with a breakfast chef and varied evening themes, like Indian night, which had tasty, freshly prepared dishes. The rooms have Nespresso machines, which is nice (capsules aren’t included but can be purchased at 3$/2.90 € a piece (= 140 MUR). There is a large pool with lounge chairs and there are more lounge chairs by the sea (most of which, however, seemed occupied from morning till night during high season, when I visited). There aren’t that many activities to do in this part of the island, but you can do a bit of snorkling and kayaking. The hotel also has an entertainment program with games and some other group activities. There is also a gym and a basic spa. Between 6PM and 11 PM, the entertainment system and DJs dominate the resort (a loud pounding from the bass can be “enjoyed” in the sea front rooms in the main building), but if you’re an all-inclusive guest there to party, and with (some of the) drinks included, this hotel might be just your scene. Others might find the place touristy, noisy, and overpriced.

We were on our honeymoon. The place was placed nicely when considering the beach. The pool area and downstairs bar area are very nice. We did enjoy those.
The "all inclusive" was just too expensive. There wasn't any benefit (other than free drinks & lunch) that made the price worth it. We could not eat enough food or drink enough to even come close to the price.
Anyway, thanks for a great time!!

Wir wollten noch ein paar Tage einfach nur entspannen, hatten hier aber leider ein Hotel erwischt, in dem viele deutsche Pauschaltouristen sind. Das Hotel an sich, war in Ordnung, das Essen durchwachsen. Es gibt zum Abendessen ein Restaurant mit Buffet und eins A la Carte. Zweites war leider bereits für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt (4 Nächte) ausgebucht, sodass wir dieses nicht einmal testen konnten. Die Getränke, vor allem Cocktails, Säfte und Wein, haben uns gar nicht geschmeckt. Außerdem waren morgens um 8 Uhr schon alle Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt und abends dröhnte aufgrund der Animation bis 22:30 Uhr laute Musik. Da auch der Strand nicht der schönste war, sind wir letztendlich nur zum Schlafen und Essen (da wir Halbpension gebucht hatten) ins Hotel gekommen. Insgesamt war das Hotel leider nicht so ganz unser Fall und wir würden es definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Having to pay for drinks separately when our meals were included in the costs of the room was annoying.
Did not know taxi service with the hotel is so expensive so stopped us from visiting some places.

Very friendly staff. Lovely sea view from the beach side rooms.
Made a big effort for Halloween with entertainment and food/cocktails which was nice.
Chef was happy to make me vegan options for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Nice snorkeling spot and other guests saw the turtles but we unfortunately missed them. Next time!

Good for couple or family without Kids, they are not allowed. For booking Island tour better check other agencies and don't use taxi service provided by the Hotel, little bit more expensive. They is a free shuttle for the other Hotel same group that provide water sport activities. Restaurant good but too much Indian taste.
