it is about 50-60 minutes drive from the airport, and there is nothing around. the hotel is very small but elegant. Food is average.

My partner and I went for a week and the staff were incredible! Some of the sweetest people we have ever met, and some of the hardest workers too. Our room was also always left spotless and fully stocked with the things we liked and needed most. I recommend this resort to anyone!

Hotel is a bit smaller than the photos show, the location is a bit remote and isolated, but it is beautiful. The food was average most of the days but disappointing during Christmas: the Kyoto had virtually no food in Christmas eve, and the buffet does not have any good food either. It is a bit overpriced for the condition, comparing with my stays in other Mexican hotels.

Facilities are beautiful. Staff are super nice. Food is hit and miss in the buffet. A-la-carte restaurants are better but still hit and miss. Beach is great with some snorkeling are on the side. Resort has kayak and paddleboard rentals. Equipment is not top notch but usable. Overall would dedinitely recommend.

Everything was good about this resort. Clean. Kind staff. My only complaint is dress code at Capri. Why do we need long pants? Also not a swimming beach but pools are wonderful. Solid all inclusive experience.

The food wasn’t good, and i got sick in my stomach and intestines. Let’s be clear that you only have the option to eat at the buffet restaurant which wasn’t good, and because the hotel gives you only one coupon for every two nights spent there, plus when you have to book for a la carte restaurants, you find all booked. My wife and i were able to eat there only once and it was late. in addition, it is not mentioned on Expedia when you book the package that you have to spend two night in order to eat at one of the three restaurants à la carte. The hotel informs you about 10 days before your arrival. We’re so disappointed.

Clean room, kind and courteous staff. Steak & Seafood and Italian Restaurants were wonderful! Pool waitresses were outstanding. Bell boys could not do enough for us. We are hoping to come back to you hotel again next year. Thank you again. Lynda Dernisky

Resort was very nice .. good amenities Service was good Resort cleanliness was very good Japanese restaurant was good Steak restaurant was just ok .. very poor lighting where we we sat Italian restaurant good Buffet .. you could always find something to eat but food quality was lacking Chocolate layer cake is not a Tiramisu

The rooms and facilities here are beautiful. Large and clean and very comfortable. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the food was very good as well. We felt very safe and secure while at this resort. The lady at the tours desk was super helpful, and the concierge booking the a La carte reservations was very good as well. The omelette station in the morning is great. The property is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. We were travelling as a family with teenagers - we enjoyed the beach volleyball and the basketball court, but found the beach could have been more accessible. There are only 2 ways down to the beach, neither on the same side as the volleyball court, and there are no bars or restaurants on the beach so you have to walk back up top to get drinks. The waves are very tame, which was a benefit to the families with young kids, but a little disappointing for the teenagers. We were very happy with our stay and the resort and had a wonderful time there, but would probably choose a different resort next time with bigger waves and a more accessible beach.

The room in very clean and spacious. The food is mainly delicious but repetitive in buffet though. The beach is beautiful. What I do not like, there was a day without electricity, after that one of two elevators in building one stopped working and the only elevator was very busy. When next day the hotel fixed the elevator there was not light inside.

Main room was great, the kids room needs some ventilation. Staff is amazing. Best place to eat is tge spanish restaurant. Pools are great , lof of places to sit.

Buffet was terrible for the price. Cocktails were also not good but I didn't expect much. I cannot believe there was one day with power outage and no water in the room at all. And there is no refund or any benefits for this kind of terrible experience. The place is small, ocean is full of boats and no view. The worst resort I've been in PV.
